Had a few dead spots, connected the network , however , if equipment needs to be on the same named network this does not work.

We had issues with getting good wifi on our upstairs back bedroom. We put this upstairs (half way between our router and bedroom) and it worked like a charm! We can now stream movies via netfllix without it stopping and I can now use my computer and phone on wifi. Was very easy to link up to our router.

Good but not great, it seems to of made a difference but as far as 10,000 ft.² coverage I'd have to disagree with that

I had wi-fi reception problems in my bedroom. After plugging unit into electrical outlet, the wi-fi problems went away.

My house is difficult to cover. Lots of halls and not enough outlets. It's not a perfect solution for me, but it does help.

This was a recommendation from the Best Buy salesperson. It probably works in some homes but not my home. My house is a ranch style. I found it inconsistent in pairing it with my Time Warner provider Wifi. The extension of the signal was not as good as I hoped. I had a TWC contractor come out to help me and he told me the problem was the TWC wifi is not very good and recommended I get my own.

Needed to upgrade former router for greater extension. This did the job and more. No more disconnects and data usage

I put this Extender into my Condo in Florida. My kids were unable to stream tv upstairs on wireless, probably because of the duct work in my main floor ceiling. This unit was easy to install. We followed instructions and it was easy as 1-2-3. It does exactly what I had hoped it would do.

I used to get very upset in my bedroom because the wifi was not working well. The problem was all the concrete between rooms. I installed one extender in my room and now my apple tv, my iphone and all the devices that need internet are working very well.

Works well. I could not use my wireless devices in my living room until I purchased the device extender. Works great.

I installed this on the main level of my house and the WiFi reception has improved dramatically. Easy to set up.

Solved the problem of having dead spots on the second and third level of the house. Now I have WiFi everywhere.

This came highly recommended by the sales person. Got this for my Dad to use. There were some issues setting this up and connecting to the existing router. Compatibility shouldn't be an issue. Still trying to work out kinks, not sure if will return it on not. My brother bought the same one for his home and had similar issues. He is much more technologically inclined.

My internet speed on the main floor (router in basement) dropped from 50M to 8-12M. Literature said this would create a new Wifi network with a better speed. The new wifi network also tested out at 8-12M... but the original network now gave me 25M, so I guess I got what I paid for.

I will say, as soon as i installed this range extender i immediately notice how far i can be from my main router. Even outside in the hallway which i never had a strong connection, and video lagged quite a bit. Problem solved, this product delivers and worth the investment.

The instructions for set up were easy but the system does not have as much penetration that I would like.

This extender actually came in handy. I was having issues with some of my wireless devices connecting to my WiFi due to the distance from my router. Since I installed this, all of my devices have been connecting and maintaining a connection with minor to no issues.

sometimes not sure how far it really does reach. Seems like it doesnt go through walls like if hoped.

Not sure if it is a good wifi extender or not because I could not even get it to work. I didn't spend too much time trying - probably 30-40 minutes but setup wasn't obvious - considering that I always do all computer/network stuff myself and that I think of myself as knowledgeable. Ended up buying Google Wifi and set that up in 2 minutes - literally.
