Worked for only two months

Worked fine for approx. 1.5 months and now no matter how many reboots I do it will not hold my phone or router connection. Reached out to LinkSys and got the worst customer service. Was told to hardwire setup, even though that avoids the problem of not being able to setup wirelessly, but tried it their way. After I told them this had not worked I was not refunded nor offered a repair.

Helpful but not great

It is better but not completely successful. Overall I would not recommend it unless nothing else is compatible with your needs.

Had to pay geek to set it up

Easy but a bit weak

It goes to yellow majority of the time. But we are surround by trees so I don't know if the is a factor or not.

We appreciate your feedback. The LED indicator's behavior on your Linksys RE6700 is very unusual. As you know it should stay solid green if it's ready to use. Allow us to make this right for you. We suggest upgrading the firmware of your device, followed by resetting it to its factory defaults. Then for an optimal performance, it is recommended that your range extender is getting at least 50% of your router’s Wi-Fi signal and is located midway between your router and the area without Wi-Fi.
