Didn't work well for me

It would constantly switch between signals and disconnect from her work VPN, so now it's unplugged and not in use, and too late to return it. Very disappointing. Might be great for some people, but not us.

Unplugging and plugging it back helps sometimes and this almost needs to be done on a weekly basis. It is not a reliable extender.

Rebooting the range extender is a good workaround but it doesn't have to be done frequently. Try relocating the extender as interference could've caused the devices to disconnect from it. Use the Spotfinder feature on the setup process to know the best location. Also, make sure that the firmware is updated. Your feedback on our product is appreciated. To improve the range of the extender, we’d suggest doing the following:
* Place it in an area where there is still a good connection from the router.
* Use a handheld device (phone or tablet) to check for your router's signal strength. Once you can find a place where there is still 2-3 bars signal, then that's the perfect location for your extender.
* Properly position the range extender's antennas.
* Manually update or re-flash the firmware.

The extender shouldn’t reduce the speed that you’re getting from the router. Use the Spot Finder Technology to ensure that it’s in the right spot. Tweaking the position of the antennas will also provide maximum coverage.
