When I tried to connect to a new MIFI device, I kept getting an error message. At best buy the tech explained that I needed a device with N technology. He gave two recommendations, one of which I am reviewing now. I go back to Best Buy for many items and each time I have been quite satisfied.

I have used this brand before and had great luck. The install is easy for a non technical person and this corrected the slow speeds I was getting with my new router. Keep in mind if you upgrade your router you will most likely need to upgrade your USB connection also.

I wanted to set up a little media server, but my old tower had no wifi connection, this little dongle did the trick and always keeps me connected to my network so I can stream things outside of my home!

I purchase this item so my son could use our home computer to access the internet. So far it has worked as advertised. It was easy to use, however I do have to occasionally unplug it and plug it back in to reacquire the signal. Other than that it has worked great!

Its alright, I run it with Windows 8.1, and the only issue it gives me is that when my computer restarts it will sometimes not start working until I take it out and put it back in. By far not a five star product, but its also not super bad.

Picked this up when our wired network went offline, and needed to get the desktop system onto the wireless network. Installation was easy - install the drivers before plugging it in, though! One more reason to recommend Linksys hardware.

I bought this adapter for my kids computer in their playroom. My router is on the other side of my house, so the adapter connects to my Linksys AP. Download speeds are from 104 to 120 Mbps. Pretty happy with the product.

Except for a few times when I had to reboot the system to get it to work, this adapted performed very well. I did not notice a difference in the internet speeds between the wireless adapter and the internet via cable.

This product produces a much stronger signal strengh over other adapters. I will recommend this to others for their setup.

This is a great way to extend WiFi to a computer that does not have wireless access. It is great for regular internet usage and some streaming and will suffice for gaming if you are willing to tolerate the lag.

This has worked great for our computer. We are able to stream multiple games at once, and we've had no issues streaming movies on Netflix as well.

I bought this product not knowing if it would work well since my internet service is provided by satellite. It works great! No signal loss at all. Data speed is maintained as if it were a direct connect.
