Pretty simple setup for my network. I followed the directions in the box (they weren't very detailed though). I've had some issues with the extender dropping out occasionally but it works about 90% of the time. Simple fix of unplugging it or pushing the reset button on the side. Use in a small apartment and the range extends the 5ghz well enough to around 30 ft or so. There's an option to connect speakers to the extender as well but i have not used it so I'm unsure of the quality of use. Inexpensive and perfect for an older dual band router. I've been using it now for several months and only minor issues to report.

Needed a quick and easy wifi extender for a townhouse. At BestBuy, I looked at the product selection and found this one that seemed compatible with my existing router. Installation was easy and simple, plug it in. Setup, not so much. Had to match router and extender on the same channels to get the best signal and response. I have an older router. Works well and seems to keep up with device demand.

So far so good with this plug-in network extender. Very easy initial set-up, had us up and running very quickly. It extends one each of your 2.4 and 5.0 Ghz networks. Kids love it as it has improved their Wi-Fi in the gameroom for the game system.

I was looking for an easy way to get just a little more range from my wifi and this did it !!! Pretty easy setup and I was up and running, but I did notice a small decrease in my speed. It was a fair trade off. Overall two thumbs up.

This was an easy installation once you have it plugged into your computer and search for it under your network. So far it works great, the only reason I'm giving it 4stars is because, in some rare occasion I experience loss of connection, a bear in mind I only live in 1600 square foot property. I sometimes think the loss of connection might be coming from my route/modern and yet to figure that out. It's a good product and there has being an improvement connection in places I normally experience problems.

I wanted a range extender as the back of the house was so far away I could only check email and glance at a webpage here or there. To stream movies, tv shows, or play online video games was impossible with buffering or lost signal. I plugged it into the wall between the router and back bedroom and set it up. Setup was as easy as could be. Once the greenlight said it was operational I was able to immediately watch movies and stream media with no buffering. I was happy with my purchase.

Easy setup! Extended the existing wifi so I could stream movies on the TV that didn't get wifi. Took about five mins after opening the box to setup and get working.

Works great at my hotel for pushing wifi to all rooms! I have a 16 room hotel with 3 seperate buildings. Router is in the office which is a good distance away from all the hotel rooms. I had very minimal signal in all the rooms. Guests could connect, but maybe 1 bar at best. I installed this in the building where my router is at the closest end to the hotel rooms and the furthest room away gets about 85% signal now! Word of advice tho, make sure to find out if your router is N or A capable! It's either one or the other. Get the correct one otherwise it won't work. I learned from experience. The typical router you rent from a cable company is usually N but not always.

We needed a wifi extender since our router isnt strong enough to reach the second story master bedroom. Our master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house that the router is located on. The wifi extender solved this problem immediately. It's easy to use, all you have to do is just plug it in to an outlet on the side of the house that your router signal is not able to reach.

Moved into a house and when I set up internet the router was placed in far corner of house by installer. Couldn't get a good wireless signal in the opposite corner of the house. Plugged the product in to a wall outlet just outside the room with weak signal and the problem was solved.

This range extender is solving our home internet coverage issues. Was very easy to intstall.

Maybe, a little tricky to set up. But, nothing that average or even low computer savvy can't handle. The range extender seems to work well and the ability of the dual channel extender does work better than just the 2.4 mhz model (I have both items). Recommend that you install it fairly close to your system router, so that it has a strong signal to amplify.

If I had trusted the install it would have been very easy. But as I normally do I helped. But got it all worked out in short order, and it has worked well and all my grand children and the out lying usage on the deck have been easy to connect with good signal.

I have this upstairs in a spot that seems to be not as strong as most of the house. Puts my signal at full bars on wifi network. Recommended for anyone who needs a little boost. No speed lost and the streaming music to my stereo upstairs is a little quieter than I was hoping for but works so can't complain too much.

This seems to be a good product but the way my house is laid out it didn't work the best for me. My router is in the basement and one of the house and the bedroom is in the opposite corner on the main floor. The signal was OK but I decided to use an older wireless router I had instead so took this back.

I recently upgraded my modem and my house is just a weird house that cannot seem to get coverage wall to wall. I bought this and it gives me a consistent umbrella of coverage from one end to the other.

This is one of the best extenders I have used. It is being used to boost the connection from the router upstairs to the basement. Easy set up that works within a couple of minutes. Stress free!!!

Set up was a piece of cake and my basement now has a strong wi-fi signal. definitely recommend. The only con was the price. It was on sale when i bought it but still thought it was pricey
