This system was easy to install and has been working great and reasonably priced

I’ve had this system since February I ordered it to replace an older Linksys mesh system which functioned pretty well but wasn’t able to keep up with my new multi gig internet plan. SINCE purchase and less than a year later I have experienced non stop connectivity issues and now two of the nodes have completely bricked up and dealing with Linksys tech support is a nightmare I do not wish on anyone. With 15 years in the networking side of the tech industry they treat me like an idiot anytime I speak with them about current issues with their equipment. I recommend spending your money on a different brand.

This replaced a 7 year old Linksys mesh system that was becoming unreliable. The setup assistance provided by Linksys was patient and excellent. Love the new speed and greater range outside my house as well as the product discount. Very happy with BestBuy as well.

Easy Setup, definitely extended the WIFI range. It was just what we needed to get service to our barn that was 200ft from the house

So far so great !! Decent sized house and I didn't have to run any hard lines.

I like this brand the best tried tp link did not work so good on my fiber internet this made my speed work better than tp link did now i get the speeds i pay for

Horrible experience with this system. After getting WiFi consistently for two weeks (which is when Best Buy’s return option expires), our WiFi is going out every day, sometimes twice a day, and we have been spending hours on the phone with Linksys resetting the devices, only to lose WiFi again the next day, Linksys customer service has tried to put the blame anywhere but on their devices. They are “escalating” my issue to a higher level technician who will call back in 2 days (?!?) I am now out almost $300 and will never shop Best Buy or Linksys again.

WORKS EXTREMELY WELL, Better than originally expected.

Loses connection multiple time every week. I ran the Linksys utility to optimize the best channel, then it seems to work for a couple days, then just keeps dropping. Most frustrating system I’ve ever owned

Easy setup and excellent coverage in and around the house.

Excellent upgrade from my older Velop system at the office. Loved it so much, I’m upgrading my home Velop system as well to match my faster fiber service. Definitely recommend.

Begging you, yes YOU, to take my warning: it’s awful. No being tech savvy won’t help you, because it’s all controlled by an app that you have no material control over. The app is slow and awful and the nodes come on and offline as they please. Theres no “hacking” it together to force continuity. $500 down the drain on a network that creates 10x more work than a basic router. Please buy a different brand and save yourself.

Connection is super fast. Unfortunately their firmware updates are super buggy with no support. I can no longer log in via my admin and every night it kicks my cell phone off and will not let me access until morning. This is not a parental control setting. Check Reddit, everyone is having similar random issues and going through 2-3 hour factory resets and setting up the system again only to have it go bad a few months later again. Up until the last firmware update it worked fine. Right now, I would not recommend this system based on the cost & headaches that come with it.

It's a horrible mesh system. Very sluggish. Randomly disconnects. crashes during normal web browsing. You cannot rely this system for your browsing and IOT needs. Most of the time I end up using my cellular data instead of wifi. Horrible customer service. They are unable resolve my issue. Please save your money and buy a better system

Best router setup I have purchased. I used to run 2 routers due to the amount of devices I had connected and still things would go offline here and there. Purchased this mesh system cause you could have many devices on it and it has not failed me yet.

I love the Linksys brand! They are easy to install! The company has excellent customer service and support! They even helped me get the nodes linked back up after the warranty expired!

Good coverage, latency a little worse than my Nighthawk gaming router.

Main router (parent node) is on middle floor. Basement node (child node) keeps connecting to top floor (3rd story) instead of parent node so weaker signal, but still a fast connection. Troubleshooted with linksys without resolution, was happy I was getting 300 Mbs out of the 1,000 I pay for. (fiber)
