Even factory reset wouldnt work. Took the router back right away. Not dealing with that right from thw get go! Bought tp-link and they are great!

Bought this because I thought the spectrum supplied one was bad. This router was by far a million times worse and it didn't matter how close or far you were to the router or if you were on the 2 or 5. Complete TRASH.

Capable router, but NOT Gigabit capable

I was able to, basically, completely change the default configuration to suit my use case. I am using it to provide Internet access for a single device (Raspberry Pi) on it's own subnet to make it use the same WiFi configuration wherever I wish to use it. This use case doesn't require anything faster than 100Mbit, so it's lack of a Gbit capability (despite it being claimed in Best Buy's description) is not an issue.
