Well, due to losing profits, best buy has become very bad at returns. So regardless how good or bad (for example this product is not the worst) you better be sure you want it. Be ause best buy will not be accepting returns. Ny advice is go to Amazon I stead. Peace of mind and buyers remorse reassure

Better than the usual amplifier ones this has setting for ringing and a couple of useful filters that work. Mom can hear, and they are more comfortable, but it is still hard to keep the on her all th time.

Well I purchased this product for my sister, who tried other hearing aids and couldn't get used to them, but with this product she was comfortable and very happy in less than 2 days. So much so, she had me order this pair for our sister-in-law who was using a conventional pair of hearing aids that stopped working. Don't have a report but she has had them for 4 days as of today.

For the prices, which was on sale, the sound quality is excellent. I would be extremely happy, overjoyed with them, except the ear bud part seems to have latex or something in it which is insanely itchy. I wear other ear buds with no problem. I am so disappointed because of such a small glitch, I can't even use them. There is no way to remedy this because I am sure all their replacement ear buds are made of the same material.

Bought this for my dad, he is a bit hard of hearing and doesn’t have insurance to cover hearing aids. Since he has been using them for a couple months now i am able to say they truly do work and have helped him live a better life because now he is able to hear us speak to him.

Bought these for my mom for has extreme hearing loss and her very expensive hearing aids were no longer working. They work great for her and she now can be involved with conversations without yelling. Amazing product so far.

Got these for my dad. He didn’t like them, ended up returning. I tried them on and there seems to be a static sound in the background that doesn’t go away in any of the settings. The look and feel were comfortable but they just weren’t what we were looking for.

If you’re looking for affordable, easy-to-use hearing aids that actually work, I highly recommend these. Seeing my family member enjoy conversations again makes this purchase totally worth it! Five stars!

my mom wasn't too happy with it she kept taking it off

Outstanding purchase. The hearing aids are much better than MD Volts which were upgraded but not for the better. I love the color and size, very comfortable. We love them, gift for my wife who has severe hearing loss.

My husband loves these hearing aids! I have already bought the audience Adam pro 2 and they were garbage! Then they sent me a new pair and the second pair was worse than the first pair! After reading reviews it guided me towards this product and I am very happy with my purchase. Work. Fantastic! Nice charger carrying case and all around Great product. Very happy with my purchase

Excellent value at a great price. I bought these as back ups for my expensive pair I bought from a hearing aid store. The quality is very good I use them as back ups. They work quite well for me.

My 91 year old mom is now using these after her $4000 dollar ones stopped working. She is so thankful that these work fine and were so affordable!

These work well. Took a little time to adjust, but now I wear them every day. I can hear my family better, and watching TV is easier. No issues so far.

If you purchase this item, you need to be tech-savvy. The instructions that come with it are not helpful. According to the Best Buy website, this item has 9 volume levels and 3 modes. It mentions how to change modes and volume in the instructions, but I have no idea what the modes are actually for. Apparently it has 3 modes, and I could change them, but what the modes actually do must be a closely guarded secret, as it was not included. As for the 9 volume levels, I could get the aid to beep indicating volume was going up & down, but couldn't tell if anything was louder or not. The box also has mystery items w/ explanation ("replacement tips" listed on the items included, and I found them, but have no idea what they are for). Feels like this was made in a non-English-speaking country, and they didn't know English, so they just left info out. I am thinking these will go back to BB as I should not have to track down info on a product. I will say they were comfortable, just didn't appear to help my hearing.
