I went on a 6 month road trip with my girlfriend and we used this light for everything! Not only was it great for practical things like setting up camp in the dark but photography as well. We even used it under water while snorkeling to get some shots. I’m a cinematographer and continued to use this light on some commercials when I got back. Being able to set the brightness quickly and the “wide” diffused characteristic of the light make for a great “quick fix” light you can put in your pocket.

Solid light! I could not believe how much light comes from this little package. I used it to try some special underwater lighting for photos and videos - they worked perfectly. I also used them for some studio lighting effects - they are small and can be easily placed in many different locations with little effort. I learned after purchasing that I can run external power while using the lights - nice bonus! Compared to other photo and video lights I have used, this is on the top of list for quality, versatility and price. There is no camera sync function but after working with them as a continuous light source vs flash, I did not need this feature. Highly recommend!
