I remember Twinsen from the 90s as a PC game. I was really looking forward to owning and playing this reimagined, physical version. I preordered it back in August as part of a Buy 2 Get 1 Free for Plus Members, it being the Free title. Best Buy cancelled it due to ‘lack of availability’ whereas other retailers had it back then, put it on sale (before release) and even now have it still have it available! I also can’t search it by ‘Twinsen’ or anything else in its title via my Purchase History, even if I select ‘Cancelled’. Unless I link directly through the notification email, it will not appear, which is odd. It’s all been a huge disappointment and I won’t be renewing my Plus Membership next year with these shenanigans going on.
