My grandson has been enjoying his jumping zone since it went up. Best purchase ever. The directions could have been clearer. Also when I received the box, it had a hole it it and 2 pieces missing. I had to wait on replacement pieces, but I had them in a week. The product is very sturdy. I did have to purchase stacks separately to make sure the trampoline stayed on the ground.

Arrived today and before my son birthday tomorrow and it is pretty big my son loves it I called home advisor to have someone come out and put it up with 3 hours after getting it delivered I recommend calling them if you need fast service ! Overall 10 stars I’m a real reviewer only thing I need is a step stool to get in the trampoline lol I bounced on it for a little def brought back memories as a kid being on one had fun !

Awesome product. My kids (4 & 7) jump on it every day. It was easy to assemble (took 2 hours - 1 to put up the trampoline & 1 to secure the net). I wish the netting was easier to secure. I came up with a different solution than what was in the instructions (I used zip ties) because I wanted to be able to remove the netting more easily in the winter time.

It's suited for smaller yards like the one I have. Does it's job very well tiring out my lil 4 year old granddaughter and her friends. No issues. Get a pal to help you assemble. I did it myself and it took way too long. "is it done yet?" "is it done yet?" "is it done yet?"

Very sturdy and seems durable.. The net makes me feel alot safer knowing that my kids wont slip and fall.. The only down side is that is was missing a screw... And the instructions were a bit complicated.

Awesome ! My husband put it together in a hour. Me him and our two boys who are 5 and 6 all have plenty of room to jump together and Since it’s little tykes and made for kids it’s low enough for the kids to get on and off without our help or a ladder. Really great quality for the price . Super happy❤️❤️❤️

Not happy with the sides. Cheaply made netting bends eadily

THE TRAMPOLINE IS NOT STABLE IT WILL LITERALLY BEND IN HALF AND GET IN A STUCK POSITION WITH THE MIDDLE BENT UP (LIKE A TACO) IF EVEN SLIGHTLY MOVED I HAVE NEVER HAD A TRAMPOLINE DO THIS AND I HAVE HAD SEVERAL. I SHOULD BE ABLE TO MOVE THE TRAMPOLINE OVER TO MOW MY YARD OR JUST TO MOVE IT OVER EVEN A FOOT WITHOUT IT BENDING. THE LEGS ARE LIGHT WEIGHT AND CHEAP. AND ALSO ANY STORE WILL AT LEAST GIVE 30 DAYS TO RETURN OR 60, SOME 90 DAYS. THE PAPERWORK WHEN I GOT IT IN THE MAIL SAYS 10/17/2020 I WAS NOT TOLD THIS AND MY PURCHASE DATE WAS 10/2/20. THIS IS INSANE 14 DAYS HOW IS THIS EVEN RIGHT??? BUT IT IS RIGHT THIS ISN'T SOME DUMB REVIEWER IT IS RIGHT 14 DAYS BEWARE BUYERS. ONCE I RECEIVED THE ITEM AND PUT IT UP I ONLY HAD A WEEK TO RETURN! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM BEST BUY AGAIN.

Purchased this product online and when I opened it, it was missing an integral piece as well as the instructions in English. The box was retaped and flimsy, but these things happen with transport from manufacturing. This appears to have been a return and apparently was not verified by Best Buy, so I had to order the part from the manufacturer and wait to install. The item online also states that the product is not returnable at this time. I was NEVER informed that this was a defective/returned product and Best Buy sold it as new! Very disappointed experience.

Great value for the size of this trampoline. It was perfect my friend’s daughter. I was skeptical when purchasing, but once put together it was a decent size and good quality.

easy set up and big. we got sprinklers and basketball hoop for the top and able to with hold.

Lot's of fun , well built just what you should expect from this brand. Have a few other stuff from them and the quality is always top notch. Kids go up , kids come down lol.
