I bought this phone for my 85 year old mother in law and it works great for her

very good for me as a Sr.Citizen. For the first time I can take pictures,text and will be learning to do other things. I do recomend this for other OLDER folks. The help line is a great service for those who need it.

I purchased this phone for my mother, that lives in Florida. During the past month she has had it the signal breaks up when she is in her house. I called the company to see if they could help me with this issue. I was told that this was an issue with my mom's home and location. However, I told them that when we had her on the Verizon and T-mobile networks, we never encountered this issue in her house. They told me there was nothing they could do. I guess I will be canceling and returning to another network. It's unfortunate because, in concept, the services they provide are helpful. However, if the connection is poor, then the services really do not matter.

Given the wrong information by your staff - the phone had to be compatible with the Dexcom6 app. It is not.

I bought this simple phone for my mother-in-law. There were some initial hiccups where it went off network on Day 2. Since then, it has worked as expected. It does everything she needs at a fraction of the price of one of the major cell carriers.

Moving up from a flip-phone to a smartphone was a concern. The Smart3 has turned out to be the right move. It comes with an operating guide that helps when in need of additional guidance. Bottom line, I will stay with it because I think it works for me.
