Easy to use for seniors and others who don't need much. I was able to install SwiftKey keyboard to make the keys larger in size. The phone gets Android updates frequently. My phone updated to Android 12 within a week of ownership.

David did an incredible job training me on the Jitterbug Smart3 phone. I'm 75 yrs. old and have never had a smart phone before. He was very knowledgeable and very patient. I've been practicing at home and thanks to him I'm doing ok.

The Smart 3 is far more superior then the 2. At least my calls are not dropping as much. The staff at Best Buy were very professional and helpful. Longer battery life. I caution everyone on 5-Star as the button some times you cam accidently press.

This smartphone has all the features of a regular smartphone but with a simpler interface which makes it easier to use and navigate. This is a really good option. The only drawback is the data plans are expensive.

Lively Jitterbug Smart3 needs 2 reviews: one for the phone and another for the service. To be clear the folks at Lively are friendly, polite, courteous and helpful! The phone itself is a piece of thin plastic junk. I returned the phone to the store because it turned out that I didn't need a new phone after all. But I had to see a repair person to help me with my old phone. He diagnosed my Jitterbug as a poor quality phone and helped me get the old phone working again.

This is a very easy to use phone for my elderly mom. It was easy to show her how to use the basic features she will use frequently. The emergency response button and services are a big relief since she lives alone.

I have not used it much, but it is what I have been looking for. It is simple and easy to use, and I can carry it with me where ever I wish. I am proud to show it off to my friends and family.

I had a Jitterbug 2 which was dropped and failed. That model is no longer available. I find the newer version to be less useful as it no longer displays battery remaining as a percentage, now it's a less precise indicator. It has an attempt to be like an Alexa which I found annoying and turned off. All in all, I liked the cheaper phone I had before better...

My mother loves her new phone. Much easier to use than the Apple I 12 she had. She's a senior having difficulty with all the bells and whistles found on her Apple. Glad she's able to navigate this new phone.

I love this phone and the plans that are offered with it. It has everything that I want and need in a cell phone. It's so easy to set up and use that it is unbelievable, I have recommended this to many of my friends and family.

Not as easy for seniors to use as hoped. Glad to have the help button for when Mom is out and about.
