I've had a dozen phones and nothing has been as good as the Lively Smart3! It does everything that I need and more and have thrown away my old phones. It's Lively from here on!

My first Smartphone and I love it. The manual is clear and easy to use. The phone is so user friendly. I feel like I've joined the high tech world.

Very pleased with purchase for my wife, Jitterbug 3. She does nit want anything fancy, just a good simple cellphone. This suites her just fine. Great price and good service.

Great for my 90 year old mom. She had the 2 - we upgraded to the 3 (there’s a 4). Change is hard but moving to a 2 shouldn’t be too hard.

This phone is an excellent choice for my dad who has Alheimer's. Although he still struggles a little with the options, it is easier for him to see the first line is where he needs to focus to make phone calls.

This is the second phone we got my mom. It breaks easily and is hard to hear when speaking. It is easy to use but it just didn't work for us, I would buy a case to protect it. It breaks easily.

Needed to change phones and upgraded to Smartphone 3. Liked the size of my Smartphone 2 better, but the upgrades are nice to have with the Smartphone 3.

The Lively smart phone is just what my mom, 75 you are old needed. here old Android smart phone was old. battery is great on this device, large UI is easy for her to see.

My third Jitterbug smartphone and replacement smartphone 3. The panic button or an emergency alert is too easy to go off, People who need help definitely need it easy but just pulling it out of my pocket would alert people to call and no volume control to mute or stop call. So when it accidentally calls emergency support during a quiet event such as a business meeting or church service, there is no way to stop contact from calling and loudly talking. Also, being able to have your own carrier instead of lively is not easy and some managers at Best buy say the phones are locked yet another manager has no problem. I like the phone, but best buy and lively customer service need better training on setup and use. The pricing is very reasonable but at the low price there is no damage (drop & spill) insurance available which best buy has on many other products,. so if you crack or drop in water, you will need to buy a new one again. just fyi there is a protective cover and glass protection available which adds a lot of cost to the phone but you should get it. It charges nightly but If I use some apps or video, it drains faster and I have to recharge in my car during the day.

I think the simplicity of the Jitterbug Smart 3 is great. But, I bought it for my 91 old Mom and there are too many steps to make a phone call and the buttons on the side of the phone would be better on the top because she keeps pushing them while holding the phone and either turning the phone off or turning the volume off

Lively - Jitterbug Smart3 Smartphone for Seniors is easy to use and a great instrument for gaining knowledge. It lets me keep up-to-date and has many helpful tools.

Outstanding phone for those whose eyes and dexterity are weakening. Security service makes it a blessing.

This is one of the "easiest" phones to use. I love it and will recommend it to all senior citizens. Very helpful when you need directions etc also.

It is built for seniors who are less than "techie" about the newest electronics. Pretty easy to use.

I purchased this phone for my mother...Great phone! easy to use for the elderly specially for those not familiar with today's technology. She loves it!

I got this phone for my partner. He has had a trac phone forever! But wanted to venture into a smartphone. I got him a new Moto e phone, but he did not like using it, too many bells and whistles to suit him and he was frustrated in trying to learn it. So I got him to look at this phone. Immediately, it is easy to use and has all the answers you need on the phone and easy to find the answers. So he is very happy and so am I!! Also the battery life is long lasting.
