The alarm never went off. Customer service says the device knows when u fall for real and then will alert. Not very much confidence in the system to know for sure when I fall

We did not test its usage, functionality, or accuracy. Instead, it was categorically rejected because of its weight. It is supposed to warns the family if the person wearing it has a fall, but instead, the device falls down in 'utility chute' for our family.

This was not even 4 months old. The charger works sometimes and sometimes not. Tried to get it replaced , was told I would have to buy a new one. The fall detection doesnt work reliably either. I was told my mother "fell too slowly" that simce she tried to break her fall it didnt register. To be fair, when you push the button a person answers quickly and they are always nice. Just do not believe the adds that indicate it will always detect a fall.

It is a one button medical alert device. This device is a medical alert for 24/7 help for emergencies, big or small. It is as easy as hitting one large button on the device to be connected to a response agent. It has enhanced GPS so they can confirm your access quickly. The best part of this is that you can wear it around your neck on the fall detection lanyard or on your waist, belt or purse which allows you to wear it ouside of your home so if you have a fall at the grocery store or out in the yard picking up leaves as my MIL loves to do - this is the perfect companion for your safety. It's easy to press the button to call the agent or it will automatically be called if it detects a fall. Then it can be set to alert your friends and family on thier smartphone in the event of a call for service. The device is also waterproof so it can be worn in the shower. The device has a standby battery time of up to 40 hours and can even work with Alexa.
