Great Product

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We are using these to make call boxes out of the the Hatfield and MC Coy trail system. They are very loud and clear. I would recommend them to anyone who could not afford to have a monthly monitoring service.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this for my mother for when she was alone in the house while we work. Set it up according to directions, but it said weak or no signal(it works by telephone towers). So, I followed the instructions and pushed the 911 button. It was picked up immediately so, I told them it was a new unit and we were testing it for my mother. They took all the info and said they would file the address and phone. The lanyard is too long and caused the alarm to go off when she leaned against the sink. Again 911 answered immediately and made sure all was well.
