Inaccurate shifts cost me valuable seconds on lap times. Ended up not using it. Modern day cars use paddle shifters anyway so if you really need the old school feel then go for it, otherwise it isn’t necessary.

Not what I thought it would be it’s okay but really crazy shift pattern I used it once and now it’s just decoration because I don’t use it at all but it looks good

Solid build quality with a nice mechanical feel when shifting. Works great with my G920 wheel setup and adds a more immersive experience for racing games. The throw distance feels realistic, and installation was easy. Wish the gear knob was slightly heavier, but overall, it’s a great addition for the price.

I purchased the Logitech Driving Force Shifter for my son to use with his Xbox Series X, and it has been a fantastic upgrade to his racing game experience. For someone who has had several manual transmission vehicles, this is nowhere near the real experience for most of them. This includes a big rig or two for comparison and a few small cars as well as an old pickup truck… That being said, it would be idiotic to think you should have a realistic experience for a gaming setup. Glad I got that out of the way. Point is, I know shifters well. These are very well made and durable. With the weakest part being the little plastic gripping parts that you attach the shifter to your stand. And those can be replaced. That was my only concern when installing the shifter on my Next Level unit. After a couple of years my original is still working just fine. So my worries were unfounded. Logitech Shifting software on Steam ATS and Racing games is flawless. Same with PS4 and PS5. They update the software frequently to add more games on PC with Steam. I use both with G923 steering wheels and pedals. So much better than our old Thrustnaster quality for flight controls. That stuff was junk and company didn’t stand by the product. We haven’t had a single issue with any of the logitech steering, pedals or shifters. Price isn’t outrageous either. I have no qualms about recommending. Go for it! Have fun…

I cannot believe only four games work with this stick shift

My ONLY complaint is that it shows 6 gears but only has 5. And the plastic housing for the knob isn’t the best. Feels cheap. But plugs in and works with no issues. Would recommend if you’re wanting a good accessory for your kit.

Must have with the G29, built well , mounts beautiful and adds major realism Here’s my review of the g29 wheel. So after doing extensive reading on buyers Reviews and major company Previews on different wheels for the PS4 , I decided on the G29 logitech racing wheel I decided to buy it even at its highest price of $300 and change. Excited to play the racing games on my PS4 Pro, Gran Turismo was the main reason I wanted the wheel, , . The game was a decent game in the series great for this wheel, GTS is Ok..... other games not so much, Sony gave most of the rights to Thrustmaster designers for their wheels, and games, I was disappointed to find out that most my games are compatible with the G 29. And I think my biggest problem with the wheel, is the price I paid the fact that I had just bought the new Xbox X and I have to buy a whole new wheel just to enjoy Forza, wallet Breaker . Great wheel other than the non ability of cross platform setup. The wheel and pedals themselves are extremely well built and I hope they can just get MORE compatible games . I do own a VR and with this wheel in VR mode is pretty intense 7.8/10 Just do your research
