Works as expected. Was out of stock for a long time during the pandemic but finally came back in stock. Cheaper than many other less capable joysticks.

I got it for Elite Dangerous and it works perfectly. It's probably the best cheap joystick around.

It's a really good joystick for flight sim if you are on a tight budget. If you are looking for something that will last and is cheap at the same time this is the joystick for you.

Overall a very competent joystick at a good price point. However, I returned this and went with Thrustmaster instead.

I upgraded from an old joy stick to this Logitech so I could run x-plane. so far it's been great, going to run it on oculus pro.

This is an excellent buy. There are some cheaper ones that are not nearly as good and some very expensive ones that are only marginally better..

I have been using Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Joystick(s) for over 10years. Love these Sticks! Twist grip for rudder control makes flying a breeze! Not the most flashy, but they get the job done for flight & combat sims. Thought about trying another brand HOTAS but wondered if it is worth the added expense/aggravation...decided to stick with what I know works. These don't last forever but the one I'm currently using has been with me over 4 years and is still going strong.

Great value! I don’t spend a ton of time playing Flight Sims so I couldn’t justify some crazy expensive hotac setup. This joystick fit the bill! It was easy to setup, feels solid and well built, especially considering the price! So far, the only thing I wish was different was a brighter color on the buttons that tell you the button number, it’s very hard, if not impossible, to see in low light or dark rooms.

Easy to operate even for a beginner. Buttons are located in the right place but not for someone who is left handed. No problems with installation just plugged it in and was ready to play.

I haven't had a joystick in almost 15 years, but because of a need for it in Elite:Dangerous, I grabbed this one and haven't had any issues with it! Buttons's are easy to program, and it pretty much comes out of the box already calibrated!

I haven't used joysticks since back when all they had was a stick and one orange firing button. It's as fun as I remember. This one does what it's supposed to and I was able to customize the controller buttons on the base in my game. I will say, however, that the grip and the base were bigger than I expected. It looks like most joysticks these days are about this size, but If my hand were any smaller, it would be difficult to be on both the thumb trigger and the pointer-finger trigger at the same time. It's fine for me but I don't know if a young kid would be able to use it. The base is big for good stability, but it would still be stable if it were a little smaller.

I've owned the predecessor to this product for over 10 years. I finally had some of the buttons go out and it stopped responding to some of my games. It has always been a solid item unlike many other Joysticks which are plastic junk. I'd recommend it's purchase, but only because it's better than what I've come across. I do have some issues with it and the purchase of it: 1. It was really the only joystick available at my local Best Buy; I expected to have a hard time choosing, but there was literally no other Joystick. 2. The new model, is almost exactly the same as the 10-year-old version. Except, it seems to be made more cheaply than the original. Some of the buttons are "sticky", and the secondary trigger, where your thumb sits on the grip, sticks consistently, and I have to coax it to pop back out. 3. The config software that you download from Logitech, has not changed or been improved in 10 years. It visually looks like old thrown-together software, and is by no means intuitive. 4. I'm right-handed, but if you are left handed, you are out of luck with this product, as there is no way to convert it for left-hand use, and there are no left-hand models that I know of. However, for the price (aprox $30), it is a good deal...and if you are a "overly-physical" gammer, like me, it's the most solid joystick, I've found.

Bought this joystick to play the old Wing Commander series games in my collection. It works well for those titles as the included software allows key bindings to be changed and saved per game. Which I find easier than using the Dosbox utility. Highly recommend for older dosbox titles. Haven't used it on anything modern yet. But am pleased so far.

* Quality of components and assembly: The action of the stick is smooth. No flimsy play in the controls. The hat switch and trigger pull have a positive feel with close tolerances. * Comfortable handgrip: like the overall product, the design and machining of the grip is off high-quality, without any annoying seems or sharp ridges. * Smooth throttle control: this is a small detail, but compared with some of the other models out there, it's notable. * Stable base that allows you to either rest it firmly on a table or in your lap. * Subtle movements are reflected in the game. * Overall appearance - it looks as good as it performs.

First time buying a joystick for flight simulator. It does things as advertised. Position of grip and main button makes it a little tiresome. Definitely worth the $20 paid, probably more.

This is perfect for those that want a simple and reliable controller that has the correct amount of buttons to do the job but not so many that a degree is required to figure it out. This is also my 2nd Logitech. My kids use my first one still.

I purchased this to replace an old Microsoft force feedback joystick. This stick works well but I do miss the force feedback. :)

This joystick works very well with MS Flight Sim X. The upgrade from Windows 7 to 10 did not affect the Joystick or Program functions.

I bought this for use with X plane flight simulator. It's a very good value for anyone just startig out with a a program like this.
