    Ordered as 'new.' The package I received was probably a previously returned item. Box was torn, sealing sticker was peeled off. And it doesn't work without jiggling the cable. This is going to be returned.

    Worked perfectly for 3 weeks. Now it has stopped working correctly. Tried it on 2 different computers. It's useless!!!!

    Wanted to love it, but feels extremely cheap compared to other modern mice. From the wheel to the buttons to even the plastic.

      Hello Mikey! Sorry to hear you're having issues with your MX518 Wired Optical Gaming Mouse. If you haven't done so already, make sure to download the free G Hub Software https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025298133 that will allow you to update the firmware of your mouse (and correct any potential problems with it), allow you to customize your features to your liking, and save profiles on the on-board memory as well. If the software doesn't help, try different USB ports on your computer (make sure the mouse isn't plugged in a USB Hub) in case one might be faulty. And if that still doesn't solve it, know that the MX518 mouse has a 2-year warranty from Logitech, so click the Support link on the product page https://www.logitechg.com/en-us/products/gaming-mice/mx518-gaming-mouse.910-005542.html where it says "Support" should you need to. - Mathieu from Logitech
