The mic is horrible

I am disappointed. The speaker is ok but the microphone was terrible. People complain every time I use it for zoom/ring meetings. I tried on 3 different computers; same result. My son tried it with his Xbox; same result. It was a complete waste of money.

Lasted for a short while

Though it only lasted a couple months until an echo was heard while I was playing with a party on Xbox. There’s also this problem of both the in-game audio and party chat audio cutting out once in a while. That was my experience with this product.

They should be on a shelf in Dollar General

They are very loud just wearing, and the earmuffs are very uncomfortable for a session of over an hour. Right out of the box, the aux cord was damaged. The sound is extremely low. The mic didn't work well. No one could hear me playing Last of Us online for PS4. These suck. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the gas from gambling with these. Save up for a Hyper X PS4 edition or Steelseries Artic 5 instead. I will hesitate to ever consider Logitech again after experiencing this terrible quality. It's no wonder they were on super sale. I returned them immediately.

Okay headphones, mediocre microphone, not good for

It has a volume dial on one side, for easy volume adjustment. The bad news: - The microphone is very directional-- it doesn't pickup well unless it is immediately in front of your mouth. That would be good, except for the problem that that mike boom is a soft rubber that will not retain the shape you bend it to. - I also had problems using this with Microsoft Teams. In this application, the headphone volume would go up when I spoke into the microphone while being used, leading to a frustrating experience.
