Poor design and poor service.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This ones a bit of a disappointment. Im on my second one of these after the first one had the sliders on the bottom pealing up. There are 6 sliders on the bottom and they are all held on with adhesive. The first mouse lost both sliders near the laser and then I started to have the other peal as well. It took over 3 months to get a warranty replacement where I would go weeks without a response from logitech. Now, a few weeks after getting my new one, the rear slider is coming up. Not a good design.

Scroll wheel won't stop scrolling
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mouse is fine but scroll wheel scrolls without even touching it. If I use the scroll wheel it continues to scroll. I games this can be extremely frustrating as it will scroll through weapons without even touching wheel. Will be returning this.

Faulty support site & software, not what expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed the extra buttons for War Thunder gaming, but buttons can't be programmed without downloading software from Logitech's site, which wasn't available more than half the time I tried, and when I could get to it, it said it did not have a software compatible with my Windows 8.1, are you kidding?! The site had selections for Windows 8 and 10, and you would expect the selection for Windows 8 would include 8.1, but apparently not. This is a ridiculous oversight. No software or even instructions with the unit, so if you can't download the software you are stuck with the defaults, and not all the buttons advertised are programmable, some are slaved to the DPI adjustments. Went back to my standard Logitech M510 wireless and will look for another brand with multiple buttons.

Bugs/Glitches
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mouse has great design. Starting the first day the mouse would scroll on its own and wheel was inverted with no option to change it. Tried logitech website and all possible fixes online with no luck. Instead I got the G700.

This mouse is garbage.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked great for month then started getting choppy, was most likely the bloatware added and my terrible luck with Logitech products.

poor scroll quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.in less than 1 week the scroll wheel is loose... it has no friction like other gaming mouses when gliding... other than that the mouse is okay...

wow, this mouse is terrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ignore the positive reviews. Either those people have never used a quality gaming mouse or just literally have no idea what they are talking about. The scroll wheel is awful, so slippery you can forget about moving it to the right or left with any sort of accuracy. And when you do end up moving it the force required to actually grip it generally causes a click. Also it grabs at my mousepad. if you look at the bottom of the mouse it only essentially has 3 of the 4 sides covered with sliders. Want to try and guess where it grips the mouse pad? also this thing is SMALL... like for baby hands small. I will be returning it.

Bad for first person shooters
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the G502 mouse for Counter-Strike. While playing, if you move the mouse too fast, the mouse cursor will spaz and force you to look directly up or down, or occasionally, keep spinning uncontrollably even if you're not touching the mouse. This problem is documented on the Logitech forums. There is no solution for it at this time. Also, the click buttons are too sensitive. If you pick up and set down the mouse too hard (which is not hard at all), it will left or right click without you pressing the buttons.

Worse customer service ever!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My mouse left mouse button double clicked after 6 months. I figure no problem I will get a RMA as it has a warranty. The outsourced people from Logitech will not respond to my RMA request. If I try to create a duplicate ticket they just close my ticket. It's been 1.5 months and 20 e-mails. I will NEVER order anything from Logitech ever again. Do yourself a favor and buy a Microsoft or any other brand mouse...

garbage
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Horrible mouse. Had problems on multiple mouse pads turning or doing basic functions. I used a hard mouse pad and soft. One was hard to move and the other two easy. Buttons have a mind if their own.
