They could be a little uncomfortable over the ear but other than that I think they are great

For an average of 4.5 stars, it seems most of these are paid for by Logitech. 4 days is all it took for this headset to start crackling and losing sound for extended periods of time. Their software fails to install on my system, and have done everything in the book to allow the program to install. I am unable to check for firmware updates, check battery levels, or do much of anything else with this headset. The only 5 star it deserves is for comfort, because its comfortable, but its not functional.

Great for smaller heads/ears. Mic still cuts in and our a little, at least on discord but otherwise no issues yet. CHARING CORD IS A C PORT NOT B.
Hey there, thanks so much for this great review! I would recommend downloading our GHub software and tweaking with the microphone settings to help minimize the amount the headset cuts in and out. Thank you for choosing Logitech!

Does not hold a charge

I have an issue with it staying charged. It will tell me the battery is low so I plug it in just for it to tell me it is fully charged within minutes. The app reads 99% and again within 10 minutes I am being alerted of a low battery and have to plug it in again. Basically it is only usable if I keep it plugged in defeating the purpose of purchasing a wireless headset.
