That said, I am never giving Logitech another dime. I'll start with the G Hub application, since that's quick and easy. Garbage to install, garbage to update, garbage to use, and garbage to uninstall. Now for the headset. The audio quality and microphone are serviceable, but the battery life is a flat out lie. Barring that, I have had an on and off issue for the entire duration of my ownership where it is constantly cutting in and out, losing reception to its receiver, and constantly having issues. I sit right next to my PC, and thus the receiver. And yet, I'm still having issues. I have tried troubleshooting in every conceivable way. I have plugged it into different USB ports, tried a USB hub, ensured they were charged, ensured up to date drivers, and yet, nothing. Spend your money elsewhere if you plan on owning them for more than a few weeks. Logitech has become a garbage company in the last few years, and it shows.

The speaker grills are way to close to the ears and the padding insert needs to be thicker. Outside of those issues, they worked great.

Posted .Hey there, thanks for this great review. To solve your battery issue, I would recommend downloading our GHub software, where you can edit the RGB lighting to save power. By turning them off, you should be able to increase the battery life to up to 29 hours!
