The G920 racing wheel is awesome! The force feedback feels realistic, and the pedals are very responsive. It makes racing games so much more immersive compared to a regular controller. Works great on both Xbox and PC—definitely recommend for anyone into sim racing.
Thanks a ton for sharing your excitement! It’s fantastic to hear how much you're enjoying the G920—realistic force feedback and responsive pedals really do take sim racing to the next level. We’re so glad it’s adding that immersive thrill to your setup. Happy racing! 🏎️💨

Coming from a Microsoft Force Feedback wheel on my Xbox 360, I'm super excited to virtually drive with a quality wheel on the Xbox One.
Pros: Very sturdy with some leather-like material wrapped around the wheel. The wheel feels smooth with just the right amount of force feedback without making you feel like you have to fight back. Using it with Forza Motorsports 6 I've had zero problems and it just works.
Con: Even though the foot petal base is large and relatively heavy, it still wants to move on carpet while driving intensely. The clutch petal and brake petal are just a tad to close and wearing sneakers has me hitting both petals when I want to brake. I end up wearing slimmer dress shoes just to drive.
Undecided: The brake pedal moves about 40% of the way before it hits a rubber stopper, making that last bit of the brake pedal really hard to smash down and incredibly difficult to achieve 100% brake pressure. I am not sure if this is a feature, or an annoyance, but I will simply say that it keeps me from locking up my brakes So it does help...until I truly need to apply the brakes hard, then not so much.
Verdict: So is this a good piece of equipment? I would say yes. I have had tons of fun with this and it makes Forza Motorsports 6 that much more of a joy to play.

Purchased this after long reasesrch between the Thrustmaster or Logitech G920. I decided to go for the Logitech. Having never owned a wheel, I was surprised by the force feedback and the quality of the paddle shiftets and buttons. The force feedback was stronger than I expected and was really fun to use. The only thing that was holding me back from purcahsing this wheel was the brake pedal. I’ve heard that it is stiff and hard to press. But i had no problems with that. If you have never had a wheel before, buy this one.

Excellent product. It’s not the best racing wheel, but for the price it might as well be. Perfect for casual applications like cruising in Forza Horizon 5, and even for intense races in games like Assetto Corsa. Buying Open Box Excellent is also a wonderful way to save money; mine looked brand new when I got it. I will say the brake pedal is a little stiff, but there’s a little mod you can do to fix it. I just haven’t gotten around to it yet.

Very good quality, lives up to its standards, easy to use. Only problem is brake is super tough to use at first but an easy mod to take out the rubber makes it worth the money!

One of the best products I’ve ever used. Love to drive around after work, also no gas is wasted irl. Would highly recommend to anyone who loves racing game’s. But I did buy it half off, which is why I love it so much.

Great quality for the price. Got it as a starter wheel to introduce myself to the PC racing world and couldn't be happier with the purchase. The forced feedback can be pretty strong, so make sure to limit that (can usually be done in game settings).
I hear you! The Logitech G920 is definitely a popular choice for sim racers on a budget, and for good reason. It sounds like you agree that the quality you get for the price is fantastic.

Bought an open box unit of the G920. Upgrading from a nonforce feedback wheel to this was a huge jump. The only thing that took time getting used to is the brake pedal, it is crazy stiff. However, each game I play with it I tune the game to make it the best. I have been playing mostly Forza 7 and F1 22 and the wheel works wonders for both of these games. I have been enjoying it every day!

First off, just want to say this is drastically overpriced. Paying as much as a console (or over) is ridiculous. If you can get it on sale I recommend it, but would not pay the normal price of $400 for it. Always, enough griping about the price.
Overall I have enjoyed using this on Forza 5, 6, and Forza Horizon 3 on the XBox. I have not tried it yet on the PC, but will update if I purchase a game that supports it.
I only really have 2 issues with this. 1) The USB cable is short (when using it on console) as it is only 6ft. 2) The brake pedal is very hard (it has a piece of foam underneath to simulate a mechanical pedal).
tl;dr:
Pros:
Fun addition and nice to have force feedback steering wheel pedal.
Cons:
- Brake Pedal
- 6ft USB cable
- Price
Other thoughts:
- Can fix cable by ordering an extension cable. (I know they probably did it because sending a 16ft cable is out of USB 2.0 spec, but still)
- Brake pedal can also be fixed by opening it up, but that voids the 2 yr warranty. (Look up youtube videos to see how its done)
- Steering wheel requires external power from USB.

Overall, good impressions of the Logitech G920 Racing Wheel. I have previous experience with Logitech steering wheels in having previously used their GT racing wheel for PS3. I had to purchase the G920 since moving over to the Xbox platform (Series X). Normal price is $299.99, but Best Buy had a sale for $249.99, so I jumped at the opportunity to pick this up at a good deal.
Setup is very similar to previous Logitech GT, with the foot control module connecting to the steering wheel module with a connector cable. I also purchased the Insignia Racing Wheel Stand, and mounting the G920 to the stand was very straightforward.
My one gripe with the steering wheel during installation is the length of the USB cable that connects to the Xbox console is too short. My couch is a reasonable distance away from the the TV and Xbox, but the USB cable is too short requiring a suboptimal placement of the steering wheel/stand in order to connect. I had to go back to Best Buy to buy a USB extension cable. It was $10 so not a huge deal, but it would have been much so much nicer to have a longer cable (and/or extension) out-of-the-box.
I've been mainly playing Forza Horizon 5, and controls feel solid. Force feedback is also fine. The synthetic leather-wrapped steering wheel and aluminum petals give the product a premium feel.
Overall, happy with this product, and looking forward to using the G920 with the upcoming Forza Motorsport title that is coming out in Oct 2023.

Extremely well made wheel. It was quick and easy to set up, and immediately was recognized by my PC. The pedals feel really nice as well, not too touchy. I recommend this for anyone getting into sim racing or just want a wheel and pedal combo that is near perfect
Thank you for the fantastic review of the Logitech G920 Driving Force Racing Wheel and Pedals! We’re thrilled to hear it delivered an easy setup and smooth, immersive experience right out of the box. Your recommendation means a lot—and we’re honored to be part of your sim racing journey!

It's been years since I had a steering wheel for a PC or console and I was a little hesitant dropping $400 on one but I had to have force feedback and they actually had one in stock at my local Best Buy. I took the plunge so I could get more realism out of Forza 6. Glad I did and it really reminded me what a difference it makes from just a controller. I've only used it with Forza 6 so far but WOW - this thing is awesome. Quality seems great and heavy duty enough to take a beating. A+ from me

Using the wheel and pedals in game are very easy to get used to. I love the realism and the instant feedback this provides. I highly recommend getting the shifter knob as well if you’re a fan of driving manual although this is not a good way to learn how to drive manual. Only downside to this is if you’re planning on using it on pc, you’re given no instructions on where to go to calibrate the wheel, update the software for it and set it up to how you want it. Only instructions given is how to put it together. So be sure you or someone knows their way around a computer to set it up correctly.

Bought this for my 15 year old for Christmas and to learn the process of driving and using the pedals. Let me tell you this was a win it really does what it says and made. He was super excited and I’m very impressed with it.
It’s great to hear your experience has been positive. Your feedback helps us refine and improve our products. Thanks for choosing Logitech!

For a beginner that doesn't have the budget for a mid tier wheel and pedals, this is a great purchase. I was originally going to get the g923, but after trying a friends decided not to. The Trueforce feature on the 923 makes a lot of racket, especially if you clamp it to your desk. The 920 is just as good as the 923, but more quiet. It's still pretty noisy (gear system) but no where near the 923. Pedals are a right balance between robust enough and decent quality materials. The break pedal is pretty stiff so thats something to consider. You will have to find a way to prevent your rolling chair from being pushed back when you go to break. Also, i have tile floors, so i had to fabricate a brace for them, but i did it for less than $15 with some 2x4s and some M6 bolts. Ive fut about 30 hours into Asseto Corsa now, and can absolutely recommend this kit for beginners. Super happy with my purchase! If you can get it on special, its a bargain!

This thing works great. expensive for the fact that it only works with one type of games but definitely worth it. The quality is high. While the wheel is quite a bit smaller than your average steering wheel it feel tight and well put together. The force feedback allows you to feel every turn and road condition.
I recommend also getting a racing seat with a mount as well since this doesn't work very well from your lap.
Warning to VR users. If you get motion sickness this makes it worse. Not sure if it makes your body feel more like its driving but I never got motion sickness until I started using VR with this wheel.

Great product overall, and using it with a PS5 so far... got it on sale which helps... being a real driver, the pedals feel little close together but getting used to it. Button layout is OK, and again getting used to it. Son likes it, and that's all that matters.

I had bought and returned a few of these in my life, but every time I’ve had one, I’ve always had a blast with it, without question. Easy to set up, and definitely worth it if you’re in the market. New or used!

It takes some tweaking of the settings to get it perfect for your game of choice. There is definitely a learning curve with this, so don’t buy thinking you’re about to go pass everyone in a race on Forza just cause you have a wheel.
I returned mine because I simply didn’t have the time to be able to learn and customize my wheel the way it needed to be, however I will recommend it to anyone who does have the time because the wheel itself was absolutely amazing with the feedback and build quality. You’ll need to have a really sturdy table to attach it to if you want the best experience because it made 2/3 of the tables I tried wobble like crazy with the force feedback.
