Needed a decent headset for gaming purposes. I will admit there are far better headsets for gaming than this, but this headset is so much lighter than all the big bulky heavy gaming headsets and does not bother after prolonged usage. Sound quality and volume is okay but still leaves a little to be desired. Microphone works great and everyone hears me clearly so that’s great. Overall decent headset for the price.

Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. I work at home for a government 800# call center. The brand, price, and immediate availability of this headset were right. These are advantages my neighborhood Best Buy is going to have for a very long time. To get something for less on an internet or auction site required that I buy an unrecognizable brand and that I wait for shipping.     The volume on these headphones is much better than on the single-ear Plantronics S8240 that my agency in its infinite wisdom forced me to immediately switch to. These headphones I bought let me use both ears, which was a big help in and of itself. The Plantronics might be ok if I used the alternative earbud instead of the headphone but I refuse to do so because I need to maintain air access to my ears else I am prone to ear infections. I do have a couple of nitpicks though. The default Windows driver, which is all I am allowed to use on my government computer, has no provision for frequency equalization. Unfortunately, these headphones emphasize the low frequencies a bit too much and voices sometimes sound like they are coming through a hollow tube. To hear the consonants and vowels in my callers' speech, I sometimes am forced to turn up the volume more than I might otherwise choose to. Another nitpick is that the line cord volume control and mute button are a bit too easy to accidentally "adjust" by bumping them.

I would give Best Buy 5 stars, as it's a good product, but for some unknown reason FedEx took well over a week to deliver it from Coppell, TX, which shares a city limit line with Irving, TX where the FedEx distribution center is, to Farmers Branch, TX, which shares a city limit line with Irving, TX. It was out for delivery on a Thursday, then for some reason it went to New Jersey before making it's way back to Texas. I've had multiple issues with FedEx, so don't use them for anything! Once their "proof of delivery" photo was nothing but grass, and my front door isn't close to my grass. All the cust serv genius said was to file a complaint with the shipper. I guess the driver got free merch.

Pros -Clear, noise cancelling works well -Light -Generically works well with most teleconferencing software -Comfortable for long sessions Cons -Plastic feels a little cheap, but that's what makes them so light -Music performance is lackluster, I suppose these are meant more for teleconferencing Overall I would recommend these for teleconferencing, not so much for music.

I brought this to use in Telemed appointments and as I needed something to cancel out the noise in the background. They are very comfortable and the cord is long enough to reach if you needed to grab something. I could hear the other party on the line clearly and they could hear me. The price was just in line what I was looking to pay for.

I needed this headset for work, so it needed to be the cheapest I could find. That meant that I expected the worst. I was pleased with the quality and comfort of the build. I use the headset every week and I have been happy with the sound. The long cord allows me maneuverability while I'm on a call. The position of the volume control and mute button are handy and easily accessible. I have been very happy with this headset and have already recommended it to my co-workers.

I have used this product for more than a year, and it's incredible. This was purchased for a second PC. The audio is crystal clear and amazing for such small speakers. I've been told the microphone is also incredibly clear and picks up very little background noise. One of the most important features for me was comfort since I wear it for long periods. I can't feel any pressure on my ears/head, unlike most headsets. The inline volume/mute is also very handy. I highly recommend this headset for anyone who is not satisfied with their current one.

This Logitech-H390 wired USB headphone for the price has a great quality of sound radiating from it. I'm very pleased with this set and would recommend a set for yourself. I have used them on Zoom meetings and again very satisfied with the quality..

Got two of these for virtual schooling for my two children's chromebooks. Works great and teachers say there's no interference and voices sound clear on Zoom meetings. Children say it helps them hear their teacher well when the dogs are barking in the background. The cord is long enough for them to step a few feet away from desk area. The volume controls on wire are great, too. Highly recommend.

I bought this headset to connect to Skype on my laptop. I was able talk & listen to my one-year old grandson with awesome clarity! The headset is easy to adjust and is comfortable. The microphone is NOT annoyingly close to your mouth like other headsets. The in-line volume control is designed for simple adjustment with your thumb. The 8 foot cord length is more than long enough. The USB housing could have been made shorter to put less stress on the USB connector/cord assembly.

So far so good. Purchased these to use at work since we're back in the office. I was afraid they were going to not fit well or get uncomfortable after a short amount of time, due to the cushion fitting being a small diameter and I have large ears; but overall, I can wear them with no discomfort for long periods of time. I've worn them for hour long back-to-back zoom calls with no issues. But will defintely update here if I come across any issues in the future.
