purchased this headset for work purposes package was easy to open easy usb connection to USB port comfortable and cushioned ear piece long wired connection Awesome sound and noise cancellation easy to use volume key Only downside no instructions on how to mute mouthpiece ( had to figure it out on my own; basically press down volume control button( flashing red light it’s on mute)

Audio quality, mic quality is great. I use it for my office zoom, teams and google video calls. It works fine with all of them. My biggest complaint about the product is my ear hurts after wearing for more than 1 hr. The headset is pretty small for someone with average head size .

I WORK FROM HOME AND I ENJOY THESE USB HEADPHONES. Very light in weight, and I have not had any problems at all. I LOVE THEM.

I use this h390 usb headset for my work from home job. The mute button on this headset is convenient. It has a clear sound. People can hear me very well through this headset. It is a easy setup. I have only one complaint. When you wear this headset for several hours. The inside leather part that sits on your ears can become sore and hurt. At least it did me that way. Maybe because it was new. This is still a good budget headset.

The headphones are sturdy and easy to use. The salesperson was helpful and explained additional products that I inquired about.

These are really good headphones! The sound quality is good. The microphone is good. The color is.. magical! The only thing that could be an issue for some is that the mic piece isn’t 360°. It hasn’t been a problem for me so far!

The sound quality and comfort are great. The only reason that I am not giving this 5 stars is because the usb connect is not very snug and hangs out quite a bit and based on the size and weight of the plug (and wire) it looks as if the either side could be damaged from the amount of movement at the connection. I included pictures of how far the connection hangs out and how far down the plug bends. If the plug is normal resting flat on a desk when pluged in it should be more secure.

Good generic headset for business VoIP system. Some of our employees have said the ear cupping cushion could be larger, and we have had a few mention that there is some slight static in the headset, but nothing too bad. The Mute toggle switch on the cord is also not in the best place in my opinion, but other than those little bits of constructive criticism, it is a good headset.

Over the last 9 years, we have gotten a lot of these.My husband use as them for work.He likes them because they have a mute button. They also have a noise cancel sound very well.

I am enjoying the Logitech wired headphones. The sound is great, and they work well to drone out outside noise.

I truly love this headset. They fit perfectly, not roo big or bulky, the noise reduction is of great quality.

Good for what I expect at this price point. The USB-A connection is convenient. Good enough quality and reliability so far with meetings. 4 stars because I had to return a second one that failed out of the box.

Great price. I got these because the Bluetooth headset I bought wasn’t working with my CRM system. These are dependable, never have had any issues.

I use it for work and it’s wonderful. Love how it is an on device mute button and volume button. Great quality sound. I love how people never say they can’t hear me like with my previous headphones from another company. I am extremely pleased with the size of the ear part as it is not uncomfortable. It fits well over my ears but it’s not too tight. And I can even wear my glasses and not feel uncomfortable like normally. I hate large overbearing ear parts of headphones. These are perfect for my small ears and the fact that wear glasses. The cord is also very long which is convenient for my office set up. You can also move the microphone away from your face and then they are like regular headphones.
