The Logitech H390 is a solid wired headset for work and casual use. Setup was effortless—just plug into USB and it works right away without extra software. The sound quality is clear for calls and video meetings, and the noise-canceling microphone does a good job of reducing background noise. The in-line controls for volume and mute are very convenient. The headset is lightweight and comfortable enough for long calls, though the padding could be a little softer. For the price, it’s a reliable choice and works great for remote work or online classes.

A decent set of headphones for listening to music and videos for me. It plugs into a USB port. They are not clunky and don't weigh you down. They don't hurt my ears either. The noise cancelling mic is nice.

This headset serves its purpose very well. Good instructions come with it, but it is so well designed that no instructions are actually needed to understand how to use it because the one button that controls it is intuitive. The headset is comfortable to wear and stays in place on your head.

I bought this as a replacement to a Jabre headset and I have to be honest the pads are SO hard. There are no options to swap out the headset pads either, so I cant wear this for long periods of time without it hurting my ears. The actual microphone part is also not the easiest to move, in theory that isnt a bad thing- but moving it to the talking position will pull it off your head. So you have to use two hands, one to hold the headset in place and one to pull the mic down. Also my previous headsets were a bit flexable so I could wear them on one ear- that isnt an option with this one. Its very stiff- Im thankful I only need to use this for short periods of time.

My sister picked out these headphones and she absolutely loves them. Very light and comfortable, with great audio and clarity. Highly recommend these.

They’re pretty good and love the shade of pink. They do hurt my head after wearing for a while and the mute button is super confusing. Took off a star for these reasons.

The mute button is my only complaint, but i like this usb device & provides decent sound and quality!

Great quality. Very comfortable on my ears. My ears are ok after an 8 hr shift. I like the mute/sound being on the cord and easily accessible.

Lightweight and noise cancelling as advertised. Just a little small on ears kept this from being a 5.

When our daugther’s business PC mic and speakers inexplicably quit working after a Windows OS update, she needed a headset quickly. After some research of a number of available models and brands, I found this Logitech headset on a Black Friday sale for just $19.99. It’s one downside is that it is chorded. But that really does not matter if the user works sitting at a desk. My daugther and I both tested this model and observed the following positive characteristics. They are comfortable. The mic can be swiveled up out of the way. The PC with Windows 11 immediately recognized this headset. The sound clarity is very good. We tested the mic features where I spoke while she was talking in the background all while her dog was playing with a squeaky ball. On the recording, my voice was clear. The noise canceling was okay - her voice wasn’t picked up. The squeak from the ball was muted but could still be lightly heard. There is a volume control on the headset. This was not tested. The PC volume mixer works with this headset, so there are two ways to adjust the sound and volume. We did not test this headset with music.

Great headphones for the price. Good clarity and no issues. Would give it a 5 star except for comfort. My Logitech bluetooth headset has more comfortable pads on the ears.

I bought these, because I am hearing impaired. Wearing hearing aids, a lot of the time I still miss what is being said. Being in several small groups that meet on zoom, it is important that I hear what is being said, especially because I am a co-facilitator. Hearing is a must. These Logitech wired Headphones fit the bill. I was on a zoom call last night and heard every word being said, THANK YOU JESUS. These headphones are a hit in my book.

Great quality for the price . Purchased multiple headsets but none work as good as this logi headset. Also great priceee !
