I purchased this headset for my work from home position with Teletech. Although it was not on their list of approved headsets it works fine with their software and passed all their tests. The headset is comfortable enough to wear for an eight hour shift. The noise cancelling microphone works well in my tests--I wore the headset for several hours while not working, with the recorder running, then listened to the resulting recording. My office door was open. The headset did not pick up the television running in a different room, a lawn mower running close to my window. It just barely pick up my husband's voice when he came into my office and talked to me or the dog barking in a different room. It did pick up the cats who decided to have a raucous discussion under my desk, but not the romping around that let up to it. My only complaint is the kinking of the cord. About a third of the length of the cord because it kinks and wraps around itself. The loss of length isn't a problem in itself. However I am concerned that the severe kinks will result in breaks or shorts in the wires and will shorten the life of the headset. So I'm marking that I wouldn't recommend this product with an asterisk. I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend this to a friend, but I wouldn't try to talk anyone out of it either, especially if increased cord quality added a great deal to the price.

The sound quality is good, and it's durable. Ambient sound sometimes interferes with principal sound.

I bought these, because I am hearing impaired. Wearing hearing aids, a lot of the time I still miss what is being said. Being in several small groups that meet on zoom, it is important that I hear what is being said, especially because I am a co-facilitator. Hearing is a must. These Logitech wired Headphones fit the bill. I was on a zoom call last night and heard every word being said, THANK YOU JESUS. These headphones are a hit in my book.

Great quality. Very comfortable on my ears. My ears are ok after an 8 hr shift. I like the mute/sound being on the cord and easily accessible.

Great headphones for the price. Good clarity and no issues. Would give it a 5 star except for comfort. My Logitech bluetooth headset has more comfortable pads on the ears.

Lightweight and noise cancelling as advertised. Just a little small on ears kept this from being a 5.

I work from home my boss recommended us to buy these since they’re affordable and good quality. I spend most my day on the phone and they work well plus theyre comfortable on my ears even though I wear them 8+ hours Monday - Friday. I would definitely recommend

This headset is perfect in size, weight and portability. It was difficult to find a headset with a usb connector. Most have a head jack which is obsolete these days with new technology. Sound quality is great too.
