I purchased a replacement because the first one I had had great sound, but the headset cracked on the left after a few months. I thought this was from a bad batch. I got this replacement from a different Best Buy -different batch. Guess what. Same problem. This cracked with little movement applied. Logitech headphones may have great sound, but their basic ones are no longer durable. I used to have one that lasted 3 years. This is my last headset purchase from them. If a basic one can't survive a year, I'm not going to spend more money on one with the same brand.

These are easy to hook up; compatible with my Mac and my work PC. Good for web meetings and all around business use.

I've bought 4 pairs of these every one was dosfucntional and the mute button never works. I've spent to much money via Best buy AND AMIZON. NOT HAPPY

Needed headset that would cancel out noises from trees being cut down outside my office. These did the trick beautifully!

After using it for a month, I have only had a couple of instances where customers have had difficulty hearing me, but it's not a common occurrence. Not too shabby!

great value for the money spent....works well for me, what more can I say just enjoy for what they are.

bought this for my mother in law who does online stuff. she likes to have privacy rather than blasting convos thru speakers. does its job!

works great only negative would be that it fits snug if you have a medium/large head it may not be comfortable

This is a nice headset. They are basic, do have a mute button. They don’t cancel outside noise well, but I was not looking for that feature when I bought these.

Noise canceling works pretty good. Not too tight on the head. Works for what I need it for!

Great bang for the buck. Would definitely recommend and I would buy this again..

I've been using Logitech products for quite a while and this headset is just what I needed at the right price.

The headset connected without issue via USB, no need for additional software installation. Sound clarity was fine, though the headset became uncomfortable to wear after 20-25 minutes.

Good usage for work, not so much long standing for your ears tho. But I do wear glasses with them.

Bought these to replace an identical set purchased many years ago where the ear pads had worn down and were tearing away. Liked the sound and convenience enough to buy the same model again.

This item works well for what the job it was designed to do. Very easy to connect and use. I would recommend this item if someone asked.

Just the perfect product for what we need to maintain privacy on phone calls and listening in on virtual meetings. The new "norm".

Inexpensive solution. Flawless workmamship. Clear and easy to set up.

Nothing fancy here, but this works great for an occasional Zoom meeting or conference call. Not the highest quality, but certainly not the worst.
