Sound and ease of use is nice. Have still not been able to mute from the cord -- only turn up and down volume. Using for zoom conferences and after a couple of hours, it definitely becomes heavy and the ears start hurting. However, if wearing under an hour, no issues.

This is a great headset. Great audio response from the headset both incoming and outgoing. Had an earlier version of this headset that lasted over 10 years. Very good build quality both then and now. I highly recommend this Logitech headset.

I’m new to this online teaching and required a headset. I read reviews and this one stood out! What a deal. It connected so quick and easy and literally walked itself and me through the set up which was extremely simple! The volume is clear and the communication between me and my Chinese students in Beijing I teach English to is perfect!

Simple enough for basic tasks, Nothing fancy, and comfy enough as long as you're not wearing it the whole day.

I bought three sets for my daughter, niece, and nephew. They have all reported that they work perfectly for their needs. The only feature I wish they had was for volume management. My nephew turns the volume up to the point that I can hear the teacher in his class through the headset.

It 100% functions for its intended purpose as a budget headset. I use it for skype calls at work. The mute button acts as a separate mute from the Skype application. The product feels cheaps hence the price. In summary you get what you pay for. P.s. - would of liked to be Wowed!

I don’t understand why anyone would rate this headset poorly! Sound is really good, it’s comfortable and the price point is phenomenal! Highly recommend and I don’t thing there’s anything better at this price point

Great headset, especially for the price! For those working from home, this is a must have for customer service or call center type work. Noise-cancelation works great, sound quality is really good too.

I purchased these headphones to use for dictation for some of my projects for work. The noise canceling microphone works for what I need. The sound is actually better than I had expected, but is certainly not something that I would want to listen to music with. I use these headphones a few times each week and they have been reliable so far.

My AirPods Pro weren't exactly perfect for zoom meetings, but this. My employer had this as a recommended headset, so I decided to try it out. I am glad I did. Note: I hope they have a USB-C version sometime because this is USB-A not USB-C!

Excellent headset for Zoom/MS-Teams/WebEx. It does improve my only video conferencing experience. I do not make a video conferencing without this headphones.

I tried using my Laptop's mic and speaker, but the mic wasn't doing a good job (people at Zoom meetings said it was hard to hear me.) This solved the problem and no more complaints. It also shuts out sound from my environment and I can hear the meetings quite well. Easy to use, comfortable.

Great sound, sleek, and simple. However, I have never like headphones with the huge pads, they hurt my ears. This set is okay for me to wear up to an hour or so. BUT, this will vary person to person. (only reason not 5 star was the limited time I can wear them)

I purchased 3 of these for my teens in school distance learning. They are able to sit at the same dinner table and stay focused on the class that is going on via zoom on their chrome books. Would recommend to anyone who has multiple students working in close proximity to each other.

It's great for Zoom calls and listening to streaming videos. The only drawback is that there is a mike mute button on the cord, which is counterintuitive (at least for me). Flashing means muted, solid means the microphone is on. Great price. It arrived in store on the designated date.

This is one of the best noise canceling USB headsets on the market, I've been using it for over 4 years. I've purchased more expensive ones and the sound quality was horrible. The only issue I have is I have to replace it at least once per year because the cord starts to twist up so bad, but I can deal with that since the sound quality is so great..

I just got these headphones 2 days ago and they worked perfectly. My friends can hear me clear and for only 20$ is very worth it for the quality.

Being a teacher, I wear these all day and the kids say they can hear me clearly and I can definitely hear them clearly as well! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because after a couple of hours, these really hurt my ears and have to take a break from them.

Purchased for an @home work position and haven't had no problems. Very crystal clear. No static all functions w/ the headset works fine!!!

I used this device while I was going to school and it was all remote. I did not have any issues and it worked wonderfully.
