Needed usb connection for older laptop as alternative to unconventional audio jack. Simple to use, good sound, once I figured out how the volume control works. Headset is a little snug but manageable short term.

Needed a simple headset for a work office set up, and it works perfectly and its lightweight.

I needed this for web conferencing. They are comfortable, and the sound quality is sufficient. I haven't used them for purposes other than web conferencing though, so I cannot comment on how they are for gaming or anything where a more nuanced sound quality is needed.

These headphone play music clearly (and at an impressive volume!). I couldn't tell if the noise-cancelling mentioned in the description was being done. The microphone picks up a lot of extra sounds, but I'm not working in a studio, so that's understandable.

I found this headset to be a good basic headset for everyday use to listen to music and watch videos. I don't use it for gaming so can't speak as to how it performs from that standpoint. Good price point and performance.

The noise cancelling isn't great, but it's what you'd expect for a low end head set. The sound is adequate and rich enough. The ear pieces will begin to hurt after prolonged wear (over 1-2 hours). It's a good value for the money. They look sleek and work adequately.

Works great for working at home. I had a headset that was old and the foam ear pieces were falling apart. These are a good replacement.

Bought the headphones as a gift, my son liked them real well. They were a good price too.

Three kids attending virtual school...these headphones are my hero! They didn't complain, it didn't pull their hair when they ripped them off at the end of the day and 3 weeks later and still no complaints!

No complaints. Great headset for the price. We bought three for the office. They allow our team to communicate on the Teams app without bothering anyone else and they can be heard loud and clear.

This headset is very comfortable. I have worn mine for many hours at a time. Without even really feeling like I had it on. The sound is clear. None of my customers ever knew I was talking over the compost and not from a telephone.

Can't use in a noisy room or on my son's laptop (yet) so unless you can figure that out .....They do work fine on a PC and in a quieter room though. So I'd advise you to ask a Best Buy employee whether there is a way they'll work on your specific laptop.

Bought three. One for each of my kids for remote learning this Fall. They love these. They are comfortable to wear all day. Clear sound in the headphones and clear sound in the mic. Would buy again.

I was using a bluetooth headset for my work calls and switched over to this headset. Audio is much better with a cable attached and no need to mess around with bluetooth connectivity delays/issues

Effective noise-canceling headset with volume control options. However, the wires are too long and it would have been better if it was wireless

good sound, easy volume control, easy to connect and disconnect with usb connection, I find these to get uncomfortable is used for an extended period of time, price was reasonable

The best value for a decent podcast recording headset I've found. Is it top of the line? No, but for $25, it'll make you sound more than good. Upgrade from your built-in mic to this and never look back.
