This headset has the best sound quality I have ever heard. Just plug it in and there is no software necessary. It is also very comfortable to wear and really helps eliminate background noise in the workplace.

The headset gets uncomfortable to wear once in a while; after some adjustments, it feels excellent. Other than that, the audio is spot on and eliminates any noise.

Purchase as a replacement for one cats broke. Work from home and a telephone agent. Great in-line volume and mute controls. Have gone thru 3 of these in 10 years.

The headset was just what I needed. They were a good price but that did not compromise quality. The sound is excellent and I was able to use them for Skype. That was where I was having sound issues and this headset solved the problem!

I tried another comparably priced headset but was very disappointed with the mic quality. I returned it and purchased this one. I didn't want to spend a lot; this one was satisfactory and the sound quality is decent.
