The weight is comfortable and the sound is good.
No need to connect Bluetooth and no need to battery charge.

I liked this headset. It does what it is supposed to do. The sound is fine for its price point. I would maybe want a more robust hairband part or piece on it, but so far it is okay-fitting for my needs. The sound operates well and has good quality. It may feel a little tiring after some hours of use, but to fix that just re-adjust it to better fit the ears. I recommend this item for video calls and watching short and mid-range length YouTube videos.

Great headset for working from home. Its light weight and the noise canceling is awesome. My toddler can yell on the other side of the office door and is not heard on the headset.

This is my second set - first headphones had puppy tooth-marks on the cord. Fine wires are difficult to repair at home, couldn't get them to work again, so had to reorder. I use these on my home computer and sound is fine - I like the inline volume control. I don't use the mike.

My wife use this headphone for her work from home job, she is very satisfied with the quality, the noise cancelling really works!
Moreover we do have a 2 year old son that keep on pulling the headphone and falling off the ground and yet no single broken parts.

I game, first person shooter genre, several hours a day. This headset hasn't hurt my ears. Has easy to control functions and has is connected via usb (something I prefer).
FYI. over the years I've come to realize some of the best hardware and peripherals I've enjoyed are not put in the "gaming" category. These are a good example. Even when building a pc for gaming, ignore the hype and look for quality over something that's being marketed as a gaming product. Most of the time you'll pay extra for no reason and find the real difference between gaming and other regular versions is the name.
So fear not if you look at gaming headsets and can't find this one. Go to the area where products don't have neon green accents or LED lighting and get a grown up headset. Let the newbs break the bank on the over hyped products.

I have been working online for years and used many different headsets - including other Logitechs. This pair is my favorite so far, and they are super affordable. The sound quality is very good and I can be heard clearly; I will be buying another as a backup.

Good durable product. Ear components are soft and comfortable. Audio is very clear. Initial setup was simple (plug and play). I wish the microphone could be worn on the right side as well as the left, but the microphone only pulls down one way forcing the user to where the microphone on the left side.

It's not super fancy but it works well for call center & other home/office needs. The headset is also sturdy, comfortable, & easy to keep clean. If you can get it for below $25, it's a great deal!

Logitech makes great mice, keyboards, number pads, and now I have discovered their headsets. These are great for Zoom, Teams, or any other video/audio computer meeting app. I have used other brands, but these were comfortable for a three hour session.

great headset for the price. It worked right away on my computer. The mic is good and things sound great. My only complaint is that if i wear them too long it hurts my ears so i wear them half on half off and that fixes it.

I've bought dozens of these (for my sales team) and each one has lasted years without any issue (until someone accidentally steps on or breaks one). We use for VoIP calls and can hear perfectly and the other person on the call can hear us fine.

Simple plug and play connection for computer use make these headphones ideal for anyone active with pc/laptop gaming or for listening to music. The sound is clear and the ear pieces are comfortable.

I have purchase over 20 of these headsets for our employees now that most are working from home. I use one myself almost all day every day. I like having the wired connection so I do not have to worry about running out of battery.
Our primary use is on Teams, Skype, and Zoom meetings. These work well with all of the systems we have come across with no issues.
Sound quality is good on both ends. I changed from using a webcam mic and speakers because others complained about an echo. I have not had any complaints since I switched.
If you wear them all day, they can cause your ears to get a little warm, but that would be my only negative comment.
None of my end users have complained either.
Hello, I am so glad to hear you are satisfied with the product! Thank you for being a Logitech, and taking the time to write this review!

I use this headset for work, so I wear it for 8 hours a day. The sound is great and the cord is long. My only issue is that the ear parts are a bit small so at times it's uncomfortable if I don't place the headset on right. I would definitely recommend this item.

Bought both h390 and H540. H540 more comfortable and has a better mic setup. Worth the extra $10. Both are quality headsets for the price point but H540 is significantly better.

These headphones work good for the price. They effectively cancel out noise for my son in his bedroom with his door closed, so I can't say how they do in a busy environment. They are comfortable to wear and sturdy.
Thank you for your great feedback on the Logitech H390 Headphones! We’re happy to hear that they are comfortable and easy to use, and that they worked well with your computer. We appreciate your support and hope you continue to enjoy them!

I purchased this headset to use with my laptop for my on-line graduate classes and it does a great job of keeping out household noises while I am in class. It is very comfortable and was easy to set up. I like that it has only one plug-in rather than three on my original set.
