On Windows 10 systems there is an issue with this headset causing the microphone not to be recognized. This occurred in my case two months after the purchase. Removing the driver and re-installing it caused the microphone to be recognized again, only to be not functional a few days later. The drivers are all up to date.
According to online forum, this seems to be a common issue with the H390 headset. The speakers in the headphone continue to work.
Due to the microphone issues I do not recommend this headset.

It’s cheaply made .Its hard to adjust it to fit your ears.These don’t sound as clear as I’m used to with this brand.zI do t recommend these I use them for work and know these will break soon because it’s so stiff

It’s a good headset for what it is. Great for meetings… terrible for gaming. Sometimes your voice will echo while talking. But overall a good budget headset.
