      Hi Joelee, thank you for sharing your experience with the H390 headset. I'm sorry that the mic no longer works. Logitech does have a 2 year limited hardware warranty on the H390 and you can file a claim by visiting support.logi.com.     These have sat at my desk and been used a few times over the course of 2 months and they've now stopped working. Logitech, you have a 2-year warranty, but do you pay all of the shipping costs or do you make me partially responsible for your cost of bad quality?

    Took it out of the box, plugged it into my laptop, was on a zoom call for work 3 minutes before the sound totally crapped out and started skreetching in my ear. Unplugged it, tried it 3 more times, same thing. Don’t have the original box to ship back and aren’t going into stores. Waste of $!
