This headset is known for making a loud buzzing noise with recordings using the microphone on the headset. Also, the person on the other end of calls or skype conversations will report a loud buzzing sound. There is no easy fix for this. Don't buy!!

Headset is comfortable, but I am not use to the speaker being on the left side. The microphone does not seem to work on my computer after a few weeks of trying.

I've been using these for a week now. I work from home and take phone calls through VOIP. I wear these 5-8 hours a day and they are very comfortable. I have had no problems with discomfort. The sound quality is great and my customers can hear me crystal clear. Great product for the price!

Purchased these to work from home and they didn't last 2 weeks. Customers couldn't hear, there was an echo and static on their end. Returned for a full refund

I would give zero stars if possible. Pure crap! It already broke and literally just days after my return window!! Annoyed and mad do not even begin to describe how I feel!!

After using it for merely a couple of weeks occasionally, maybe twice a week, the laptop does not recognize the USB at times and I have to restart the computer, and the recording has become noisy, so I need to get another one, as it is giving too many problems.

Ear cups are way too small. Sound quality is not good. Not at all comfortable. I know they are cheap, but I found these unusable. I would spend a bit more to get something more comfortable.

You have to press the mute button many times to get it working. Sometimes it doesn’t work at all. I was trying to return it but the Best Buy site shows “No longer available to return it”.....

Bought this for my wife for her job. They worked well up until this morning. They literally just quit working, multiple windows computers will not detect them...pretty disappointed.

I wouldn't recommend this product because USB cable for headset is very wonky and clumsy. You also have to make that the right light doesn't keep on blinking which adjust the volume
