I use my headset for hours each day, and I was pleased by the cushion on the ear muffs and the flexibility of the microphone. The length of the cord is amazing. The quality of sound is fantastic, and I haven't had to make any changes or been asked to change my settings. My only complaint is the inability to modify how tightly they cling to my head, and I don't have a large head (regardless of what my husband says.)

I cant hear anything. Tried playing Elton Johns Greatest Hits with my boyfriend and nothing. Not a single sound... What a drag.

Too small. Pads sat on ears, not covered them. Tight on head, always squeezing my head. Very uncomfortable. They broke on the second day when I went to take them off.

Great headset for anything, listening to music, watching videos, and playing games. I bought this as a starting headset for "sound whoring" not expecting much considering the price. It lasted over 3 years which is fantastic for a headset especially one with a price like this. I'm so impressed with it that 3 years later when it finally starts to deteriorate I'm glad to buy it again.

It was uncomfortable to wear after 30 minutes. The "noise canceling" microphone I was told rarely ever eliminated background noise. I'd say that you get what you pay for with this particular item.

These worked great for 2 weeks and then the sounds started breaking up. Of course you only have 14 day's to return so now I'm stuck with them. DO NOT BUY!!!!

The sound quality is very lacking for this product. I would recommend paying a little more you will be glad you did.

Cost effective, plastic peels on ear pad badly

Cost effective USB headset but I have owned 3 of these and the plastic peels badly on the ear piece, other issues are it's really dedicated to one side of your head vs the other because they are not symetrical so your wires are always hanging from the left side of your head, not good if computer you are plugged into is on the right side.

I bought this headset just because it had noise cancelling mic. I tested it throughly but it does not cancel any background noise. I am really disappointed.

Disappointed! Not at all worth, just waste of money and won’t recommend. I don’t have anything to speak good about this product
Sorry about that! Have you checked the USB cable connection to your computer? Also, try a different USB port on your computer and connect directly to your computer (do not use a USB hub). If the issue persists, reach out to Logi Support for further assistance.

The sound quality is horrible. It doesn’t look like the original model in the picture at all. The original model was a better model. I’m disappointed

Poor quality headset. The left side speaker stopped working after only 3 months. No wear on the headset, it just sits in my headset holder until I need to make the occasional call.

I did not like this product. I could not hear anything. I'm not sure if it was just the headset and not the brand.
