The sound quality may not be as rich as Bose or Sennheisers but, let me tell you, these have outlasted my expensive ones time and again. I'm the type that forgets I have them on and end up having them yanked off my head when I've gotten up and walked away, I've accidentally dropped them, sat on them, and even spilled my coffee on them a little bit and they still keep going. The ones I have are over 3 years old, all bent at several locations, secured with electrical tape here and there and they STILL sound fine and people can hear me clearly.
For cheap headphones, they have decent quality sound, comfortable wear (I game til I pass out on weekends/during the week I work online while listening to music for 10 hours a day), the mic isn't too short or pressed upon my chipmunk cheek. They fit comfortably on my head and my ears don't sweat. My only complaint is that they sit ON my ear, not over them but, for the price and reliability, I'd make sure to always keep these as back up ones.
That's disappointing and we apologize for the inconvenience! Please reach out to Logi support and the team will definitely look into this issue.

Very cute, not the most comfortable

I got the pink style, it's a great color and have gotten lots of compliments. The sound and microphone quality is great! Easy to control volume on the button on the chord.
4 starts because headphones are slightly uncomfortable on ears after a few hours. If you're using for work all day, suggest something with more padding. Otherwise awesome for the cheap price!

Affordably priced, very comfortable, good mic and "speakers", with Noise-Cancelling and wired features (both requirements for jobs dealing with Customer Service).

Connects seamlessly with my laptop. Sound quality is on par with higher costing headphones and does everything I need it to. Inline controls are convenient. Very comfortable to wear for hours while working.

Finally, a headset that can cancel noise in the background and nearby noise for those on the other end of the call. These fit well and are comfortable for the price.

I've had this thing for a year or so and haven't had any problems with it at all. My gamer boyfriend had this complicated setup that he lost a part for and decided to replace it with the this one because there's not much difference between this and the more expensive headsets.. except the cost. Also, you can see the red light if your mic is muted which is nice because I tend to forget. The sound quality is that of a consumer level headset, but you won't get better sound quality without spending over $100, so might as well get the cheap one!
That's disappointing and we apologize for the inconvenience. You can try restarting your computer then re-connect the device. Re-seat to another USB port to see if it works.

I had been having troubles getting a microphone to work on my 3 HP Destop PCs. They all shared the same Realtek HD Audio Drivers. Every microphone I would plug in would be distorted to the extent as to be unusable.
Finally, I bought this Logitech H390 USB Headset with a boom microphone built in. Upon plugging it into a USB port, it installed itself in a matter of seconds, and both the microphone and headset (earphones) worked great.

I move this headset around between multiple computers at work and home and have never had a problem. I purchased my original headset a year ago and just purchased one as a gift for a family member. I use this on Win 7 and 8 computers and my Mac. It works on every one. If someone is having an issue I would guess it is their computer and not the headset. I had a more expensive headset $90 and the sound quality is comparable. It is padded across the top and comfortable for not being full ear muffs. The only drawback is that not having full ear muffs room noise is not blocked out so, they are not super in a moderate noise environment. However, what do you expect for a $30 set. Value without the price!

I recently purchased this Logitech headset for a 2nd time after my first one was accidentally broken. I absolutely love this headset and its noise-cancelling feature! I live next to a highway where there is constant traffic noise all day and night. Using this headset, none of my customers or coworkers are able to hear the background noise from the highway...not even when semis come by using their "jake brake." Not only is the noise-cancelling feature awesome, it also is a very comfortable headset to wear.

Works great. Good sound. Comfortable. These lasted 3 years until the headset cracked. I just got a new one. same model. Not as comfortable. The padding is not as good on the ears.
Hi! Thanks for your detailed review of the Logitech H390 Wired Headset! We appreciate you sharing both the pros and cons of your experience. It's great to hear you got 3 years out of the first headset and found the sound quality and comfort to be good values. We're sorry to hear the padding on the newer model isn't quite as comfortable, and we'll pass your feedback along to the product team.

I bought this headset to replace one I was using for maybe a year or more and I always wanted to change it but not sure about the alternatives, but was recommended by my company to the H390. It is so comfortable and light it’s like sometimes I’m not wearing a headset. The other one would hurt my ears after a couple hours of use but not this one, really good investment.

For the money these do a fine job and no one should really complain. The audio and microphone sound is good. noise reduction is good. Could be a little more comfortable but it’s not that bad. They’re aren’t $200 so don’t expect that. These do a fine enough job and as long as your not throwing them around there is no reason why they won’t last awhile. They are plug and play.

I like this headset it’s very comfortable and doesn’t squeeze me head or ears or make me uncomfortable. It gets the job done the sound quality is top notch. I really think its of great quality especially for what I paid for it.

I used these headphones for 2-3 months as I'm an online instructor for a university and need to use the headphones and mic for live web sessions and teaching.
Comfort = 3 of out 5. There decently comfortable; however, after about 45 minutes to an hour, they start to hurt your ears.
Performance = 4.5 of out 5. For the price, the performance was great. The mic came across clear as well as the receiving sound.
Features = 4 out of 5. I really like that you can easily mute the microphone on the cord as well as adjust the volume.
Durability = 1 out of 5. Unfortunately these didn't hold up very long at all...only 2-3 months. As I was only using these for teaching university courses at my desk, they were well taken care of and not used by children. When I went to set them down one day, the wired cord fell out of the headpiece. It doesn't appear to be fixable either so now they're trash and useless.
I don't recommend you purchase these due to the poor durability. I will try another brand instead.
