Only used them a few times but so far I love these. Only downside has been the fact that the boom mic cannot be adjusted closer to your mouth... other than that, for the price, I don't think you can beat em!

I’ve had 2 sets in less than 2 years. Got some complaints about the sound quality. Since the microphone is too short, had to use it sideways and it broke. That one was kinda on me. Bought the 2nd one less than a year ago and the complaints about how they couldn’t hear me were constant. Not even adjusting the mic and shouting they could hear me, I tried calling coworkers and without telling them I was testing the sound, they complained about the sound quality.

I bought one late last summer. I needed it for zoom and for listening to videos while the TV is on. One day it broke when I put it over my head. It just broke. I thought OK, I just had a bad one. I went back to Best Buy and bought another one. This morning, I put it on and it just snapped again -- three pieces like the last time. Sure, I have a 7 5/8 hat size but two just snapped? Never again. I need a good headset with a mike and sound but this isn't it.

I have had these headphones for three months.
The sound is wonderful, the microphone is great.
The top part of the headset has metal pieces that slide into the ear pieces that are plastic.
The earpiece without the microphone cracked along a seam and now that side dangles.
I have had them for three months.
Very disappointed.

Have owned these for YEARS. Bought a pair for a friend and he loves them. I have had them so long that the earpieces are coming apart.....at least 5 years. Buying my 3rd pair tonight.

My daughter purchased these with a BB gift card she received as a gift. She was disappointed by the fact that she could not wear them for very long because they pressed against the sides of her ears uncomfortably. She is only 10, and fairly petite. I tried them as well, and found them very uncomfortable. Not recommended!

I needed this headset quickly for some computer based training. Instead of being Plug and Play, as promised, I could not get the headset to work on Windows 7. Upon checking the Logitech forums I found many others had this problem too. Logitech states that "No drivers are required". Therefore no driver is available for this product on their website. Nor is there any support available. Only the forum where lots of others gripe about this same problem.
When I plug in the headset, Windows tells me that the driver for the device was not successfully installed. When I go to troubleshooting, it goes out to Windows Update and cannot find a driver for the device. I took the headset back to Best Buy and the Geek Squad guy couldn't get it to work either. I ended up returning the H390 and getting a Plantronics Audio 355 instead. It works great. Wasted about 3 hours on the h390!
This is sad to me because I have always had high regard for Logitech products. Now I have a sense that I can no longer count on them. People in the Logitech forum have been complaining of this problem since 2013 and Logitech still won't address the problem. Sad.
