Purchased with intention of using for dictation. Have tried adjusting mouthpiece several different ways and it still is no better than the voice recognition that came with my computer. It takes less time to type what I want myself instead of go back and correct all the errors.

So i am a youtuber and i need a good mic. I bought this and the hum is in all of my videos because of the mic! If you are going to be skyping or communicating it is great but if you are trying to make content do not get this mic! It also can become uncomfortable after awhile.

I thought I was buying the same model of logitech headset I bought three years ago, but it's either a different model that looks identical or it's been dumbed-down, a common practice with companies nowadays. I need a good headset for my job with a quality mic, but this version's mic is of much poorer quality and sounds very "roomy". I went to the logitech website to see if I could find a similar version, but no luck. If you need crisp audio for online meetings, this isn't for you.

Opened the box and the stench of mold came pouring out. Interestingly, this is now the third brand of headphones I have bought in the last month that has come infested with mold from the factory. This is not acceptable. Returned immediately.

To be honest, for the price you are paying you should at least be getting decent mic quality, the headphone also wears out pretty quickly

Got a bad one maybe

So I picked this up to get a MP4 recording done for work. Worked fine for the entire 1.5hr recording. Next day I began to do some edits and additional retakes then out of nowhere mic stopped working. Checked forums and performed a bunch of searches to no avail. Its a generic windows driver so no updates available on the windows or logitech site. Same problem on 3 different PCs so the problem doesn't appear to be winxp or windows 7 specific. They seem well built but QC apparently is not so good as this isn't the only review I found online indicating that they had the same problem.

It DOES NOT work with Windows 7. Yes, I went to their "support" page and tried everything they suggested.
This is the third Logitech headset I have tried to use and NONE have a driver for Windows 7.

After five calls, the mic and audio both starting cutting in and out. Had this breakdown happened during the return policy window, I'd have dumped the set immediately. Do not buy Logitech.

Doesn't work well in USB

I bought these so I could work from home. The reviews were great, but they are awful!! The USB does NOT work well with my computer, so I cannot hear. I have tried it on THREE computers and the USB is loose. I wouldn't recommend these.
