I love the fact that they're wireless but the 4 stars is because the battery life isn't all that great. As far as the sound goes I would rate it 3 stars because in my line of work the sound isn't that great with this headset. Still well worth the money.

Headset works for my computer at work and for personal use.

I love the freedom it gives you to roam around the house and still listen to the audio played in your computer. It charges very quickly and it lasts for more than three hours on one charge. Excellent product!

They work perfectly for my application. It's very adaptable four games in for Skype and Snapchat

I found the headphones to be easy to use and wear.

I work from home during the pandemic and needed a new headset to use for Skype at work. While it does not specifically say it is certified for Skype it works ok through the Citrix session I use. It does have a tendency to drop out in Windows 10 from time to time where I have to run the Fix Sound tool in Windows to bring it back online. Some people say the sound quality is a bit tinny and sounds like I'm talking in a can. It has also caused echo problems for others on conference calls where I have to mute it often when I am not talking. I planned to return it but I already threw the box away. I would probably not buy it again and go with something a little better.

The wireless plug in was in two piece when I tried to use it. H opefully they can fix it

Bought these as a replacement for my wireless headset for work as I work from home and to stuck waiting for the next call is crazy based off the reviews bought these and they such a great find

I went with a model that has a wireless USB receiver versus Bluetooth because there is supposed to be less latency. Unfortunately, there is tons of interference on this device. Sometimes it works fine for an hour and other times it is constant static. I am not talking about when I am 30 feet from the receiver, this happens while I am seated within 3 feet of the receiver. It's unfortunate because I am a big fan of Logitech and will have to go back to my wired version, which has exceptional sound quality, but leaves me tethered.

If you are looking to save a little bit of money but, same quality as the H800, I recommend these. The biggest difference is the 3 hr battery life. The quality is still there.

This is actually a good headset. If I had any complaint at all it would be that it takes a little time to get used to the way it feels around your ears. I used it in a 2 hour meeting last night and after the first hour I needed to take it off for a little bit to give my ears some relief. Otherwise it performed quite well.

Fully charged battery lasts a good amount of time. Charging cord is a bit short so if you need to use it while playing it can be uncomfortable. Bluetooth distance isnt great, possibly no more than 15 feet.
