I purchased 2 other remotes and they would not take my projector but this remote was perfect. It allowed me to add other functions that is not on the remote also.

I was able to program my tv, sound bar, Xbox one s and Apple TV. It has a button in which you can set more than one device to turn on and off.

I needed a universal remote since a) too many devices, too many remotes, and b) I was missing a remote for my receiver. Set up wasn't too difficult, and it recognized all of my devices. It can be a little finicky at times, but part of that has to do with the layout of my systems not being optimal, so the IR doesn't hit everything at once. I wish the buttons were better marked as I had to either look up the function or guess what some buttons do with certain devices. But, overall, it does the job well.

This universal remote is wonderful. So easy to use, just plug it into your computer and click some buttons! Love that I don't have to deal with multiple remotes!

I think that this remote might be overkill for my needs. I really just need to be able to control my Samsung TV, my Samsung DVD, and my Apple TV. This does it all with only one tiny problem; it delays turning on my television at times. Not sure what's going on. Sometimes it's quick, sometimes not so much. Other than that, no problems.

I programed about 4 units with this and it worked great. Didn't use it much, so I sold it, but if you have a lot of units to program get one, it's nice to have.

this replaced our LG smart remote. its a bit frustrating to program, but after i figured it out, i actually prefer it more than the original smart remote.

This remote does its job and does it well. But the step up is so much easier to use. I already had two of the upgraded model but this was for a bedroom. Serves its purpose but should have spent the extra money on this one too.

I needed a remote for my plasma TV and a surround system (I had lost both remotes when moving). The harmony remote works perfectly for my small set up.

This is my second remote over the past few years and have been pleased with them. I haven't had any problems and would purchase another one if needed.

I have tried several universal remote controls and this was by far the easiest to setup. I would give it 5 stars if it had backlighting and more macro capability.

This was a replacement for one the power button was dying on. Just used my existing Harmony App settings to program it and I was back in business.

Our TWC universal remote couldn't control the new version of soundbar, so had to upgrade a remote. This is great for the price (bought on sale) and does exactly what is needed. It does require a small install from web for the control software. However, being able to upgrade in the future as devices are added/removed/replaced is worth the small download. I've only had to program it 2 times, the initial and then a second when I wanted to change some macro buttons. Easy to work the software and then instantly see the remote have these new settings.

This is a great single remote solution for handling the TV, cable box, and Tuner set-up I have. It takes a bit of time to connect to the website set-up with the USB cable, but once there all my devices were in the drop-downs and easy to complete. The device itself is well made and has nice dimensions for you hand and enough weight to not feel cheap. Piano black finish is also stylish.

Bought this to control Apple TV, Samsung TV, and Sony soundbar. Setup is a little laborious, but worth it. Works great!

The setup is simple; enter your device’s name or model number into a PC application (no searching through a lengthy list of device names to find the corresponding ID code). The device names are prelabeled, so you may have to compromise a little.

Once you go Harmony, you never go back. I had no idea this remote existed and just needed a "cheap" universal remote to handle the loss of one of our remotes during a recent move. As I was looking around my local store I saw this thing and couldn't believe the price. Done deal. My *only* criticisms are: 1) Only 1 task supported: Watch TV. Anything else you want to do w/ it you'll have to manually choose the device(s) and punch the right buttons to get yourself there. Wish it supported at least one other task for the price. 2) No backlighting (except the 'Watch TV' button)

This remote has programmed to every device I own including my Apple TV. Very easy to setup and I like that it is done through my computer.

Purchased this remote to replace a bad one. This is a great remote, it controls all my components without a hitch which includes a Xbox One.

Bought this to alleviate the constant "switching" remotes...and that inevitable,"where's the (fill in the blank) remote"? Highly recommend it.
