Overall, I couldn't be happier with this remote. Only thing that's keeping me from rating it 5 stars is charging. The newer Harmony 700 does not come with an AC adapter. I had to email Logitech customer service to find that out despite page 5 of the owners manual saying one should be included. Nonetheless, you can use any AC adapter that will accept a USB. Overall, I love this remote.

This is a great harmony remote. It is a little less fancy than the new ones but it is more traditional for the less tech-enabled people in your home. Everyone loves the one touch activities. The only drawback is the setup time. It takes a while to get it all set up, but once it is it is usually smooth sailing after that. I really like all the harmony products. U definitely recommend this one especially if you can get it on sale. Love my harmony 700!!!

This is my second Harmony remote. It makes operating my home theater equipment easy. Very easy to program also.

It takes some time to get use to, and there were times where I was THIS close to returning it within the 14 day return period but as time goes on, I got use to using it and it's an amazing tool. I have it hooked to my Xbox One, Tivo, Vizio TV and Apple TV, and it works like advertised. I click on "Play a game" and it switches my TV to the Xbox One HDMI port and turns the Xbox one on. You have to program it with the software they tell you to use. Excellent!

So far it's amazing. Easy to understand. Works perfectly with my bose system. Sony tv. PlayStation. I love it

This remote is user friendly when programming. The hardest part is sometimes retrieving the model numbers for you're devices. However; this is very important so you can have the right codes to operate you're devices. Over all if you want an ease of use remote for all you're devices then this is the item for you. Some special functions I feel are a little more difficult to program.

Quick and easy set up and a breeze to use. No codes to look up, just enter make and model, update it and go.

Great way to get rid of clutter, ez to set up and controls almost all brands.

This device looks cool feels cool but after that eh! You could try a different model but for the price $40.00 this one works pretty good. Lots of buttons so it will control pretty much any remote you have on hand, including your cable/SAT box! Feature locations are tough to find if you are use to your old remotes. Programming is very easy and you must use a computer to do it!

I really love the new remote. It let me put away 6 remotes. I was kinda of scared by some of the reviews that it may be hard to set up, but it wasn't that hard. The important thing you have to remember is to keep it pointed at the TV longer that you would a normal remote so it can cycle thru everything it has to do and if it messes up you have to make sure and read the screen and push help if something doesn't turn on right. But overall I love it.

This item replaced the old controller, I love that it has rechargeable batteries and is so easy to use.

I bought the Harmony 700 to replace an older 650 that had gotten pretty balky. The new one is faster, but hasn't fixed all the issues that I was having with turning things on. I'm beginning to suspect it's the receiver that's causing the problems, but I'm going to just live with it for now. Great remote, and I doubt I can blame it for the problems.

This is my 4th Logitech remote and the 700 is the most refined easy programming and good customizations.

It takes some time to get used to but once you have set it up and used for few weeks it's a lifesaver. It does forget devices at times, probably because you are not facing the devices correctly. When this happens you have to turn off all devices and turn back on, this does fix it. Except this issue this has replaced 8 different remotes in my family room. Awesome device.

This remote works great! As long as the remote is pointed in the general direction of the device it sends the signal fine. Wish it could control my PS4.

Works with all of our components. If an error occurs it is able to fix it. Easy set up with computer.

Bought this to replace 5 remotes. Works as intended and it easy to use. Setup is a breeze.

Basically this is a Logitech 650 with rechargeable batteries, which is nice. (It will work with regular AA batteries, too, if you are not into recharging.) Runs 8 devices... basically anything you throw at it except Wii. Only downsides so far that I've seen are it takes a little time for the macros to run through, and the very top two rows of buttons aren't backlit.
