Easy to program. Touchscreen completely customizable, and runs all my devices. Touchscreen is sensitive so you can change channels accidentally. Solid remote with great features. Worth the money I spent.

I bought this during a flash sale at a deep discount, and I am happy that I did not pay full price for the remote. Navigating the touch screen is not very intuitive, and the battery charge is very short lived (48 hrs). The setup was fairly easy.

I find the battery life a little short for my liking and it takes a little time to cycle through powering up all my theatre stuff. If you move the controller around during start up too much some items may not get set up right and you have to go back and change them individually. But those are the only faults I have found with the unit. I still think it's a great product for the money.

Wouldn't recommend this remote to those who utilize enclosed cabinets because a direct line of sight is required or you'll have to setup with a hub. This remote respond rapidly to the touch and the screen resolution is very good. The overall setup of the remote was quick and easy and updates can be completed direct from the remote, without having to reconnect to your computer.

I LOVE THIS REMOTE! I actually went ahead and bought another one for my bedroom. So easy to use. A little challenging to setup if you have mutilple devices (I have TV, Apple TV, ROKU TV, DVD Player, LED TV, Cable Box & Sound Bar), however I paid $99 for geek squad to setup and it all works AMAZING!!! Want to watch TV/Cable? Simple click 'Watch TV' on the touch screen on the remote and it will turn on everything in the correct mode/settings ready to watch - TV, Cable Box, Sound Bar! The same happens for Netflix, DVD, etc etc. Can't recommend this product enough, no more 8 different remotes laying around! Oh and comes with a cool charging dock!!

I love how you can just hit one option and it turns all the devices I need on and sets all inputs and channels to where I set it. I hit watch TV and the TV comes on, my receiver turns on and sets to the correct input and my uverse box turns on. If I hit watch movie, the TV turns on, the receiver turns on and sets to blu-ray input and the blu-ray player turns on. You can set your favorite channels and they're all listed just one screen swipe away. Just simplifies everything. Only need one remote

I replaced a Chad universal remote with this one. It was easy to set up right out of the box. Take down the information on your home theater units first (handy place to do that in the manual!). You then log into the Logitech website and after a few answered questions you are up an running. From the time I opened to the box to the time I was using the remote was about 20 minutes. The unit controls 6 A/V units and is super easy to use once it has been set up. Only gripe I have is that I wish the touch screen was a little bit bigger. Also keep it in the cradle as the battery will die after a couple days if you don't.

    Use the touch screen features

Many reviewers are criticizing this device because the dvr controls (ff/rew/play/pause/skip/review) are located near the top of the device and are not easily accessible without moving your hand or looking at the device. My advice is to "use the touch screen". This is called the Harmony "Touch" because the touch screen controls are located in the sweet spot when you are holding it in your hand. All the gestures available on the touch screen are programmable. For my DVR, I set up the Harmony Touch to use the left and right swipes for replay and 30 second skip. Drag down displays the program information and drag up displays the guide. A single tap is play and double tap is pause. These are my most used actions when I am watching a show or searching for something to watch. There are a few more touch functions available. However, if you use the above mentioned for the swipe and drag motions (or program those motions to your favorites) I think you will find that the "Touch" is properly named for its most useful feature.

I purchased this remote to replace my aging Harmony 650. I managed to get it on sale for half price and have been happy with it, but it may be a tough sell for some at the full price. Pros: Cleanly power cycles all of my equipment without hassle, especially when compared to my prior remote. I didn't think I would care about this feature but the ability to program favorite channels has been nice. Cons: The Harmony software is not great. It works well enough at setting up your equipment but configuring customized buttons can be a chore.

The remote is easy to program and works well. Make sure you have your components within line of site of the remote. The only issue is programming it with Apple TV. I have not been able to sync with my 3rd generation Apple TV. I have searched both Apple and Logitech forums, and no solutions seem to work.

This is my second harmony remote and the first one lasted for 10 years but finally needed replacement. It was simple to upgrade as all my information was transferred to the new remote easily. Even my non tech savvy wife can use it.

I saw this on a Four Hour Sale and got it super cheap. Loving that!!! Anywho, I had a harmony remote that was getting old. This was a great find that works pretty well. The touch screen works great. I am a little concerned that I can not change the battery, but for the price I paid it is good.

The harmony touch is as the hands of God. Easy to use, easy to set up. I use it for all my media. I have the the Harmony 650, it is great, but the touch is much supervisor. I would recommend it to anyone. Set is a breeze, all my remote are replaced, thanks to the Harmony Touch. I don't have to look for it in the dark or put on the light. Bottom-line the harmony touch remote is easy to setup. Easy to use. It can work with almost any brand product. It replaced all remote (all in one)

I have used Harmony remotes for some time and this is another solid offering. The charging cradle is much improved over previous models that eventually failed. The setup is easy, although the Harmony software on the computer is very antiquated and needs a refresh. Initially, the placement of some of the physical buttons is opposite DirecTV, but we quickly adapted. The swipe functions on the screen worked okay, but find we don't really use them very often.

This is the 4th Harmony Remote I have owned, I really love how easy the setup is and the ease of use. My 6 year old is able to operate this remote and I love the programmable channel buttons which shows the channels logo. My kids are able to change the channel to PBS or Disney. The battery life is really good and doesn't need recharge very often. My only complaint about this remote is some of the button placement isn't ideal, The DVR button for example is all the way at the bottom of the remote which is a button I often use and i find it somewhat difficult to navigate.

Cool tech...I'm really in charge of the remote now. Having not had a new universal remote in several years, I was blown away at the ease of setup & the beautiful simplicity of use. From TV, Bluray, Audio, even Smart features on my television, all activate with a simple touch of the screen. Love the shape and grip of the control as well. not one complaint since purchase

Does exactly what I need it for. Have an Xbox 360 Xbox One Cable box Sharp LCD tv Roku 2 HD Works great with all of them. I'm removing 2 points due to where the pause/play are placed. Didn't think it would bother me much when I read about it in someone else's review. They are all the way up front and almost impossible to use with one hand due to how the remote sits in your hand. Weight is all at the back so I end up having to hold remote in one hand and hit Pause the my other. When you spend $$ on something you don't want to be annoyed. If you have a choice, get the Harmony One instead. I wish I had. (I have a Harmony One in the family room. Much preferred.)

I love this remote. It simplified my life. Don't like that it doesn't work with the Wii but it does the job with everything else I have, including Rocketfish brand! Sometimes the remote has its issues but there's buttons to tell the remote that there was a problem. I think it's how I have somethig set up, but at times I still have to use just one of my old remotes. Overall I have seldom issues and highly recommend buying the remote when it's on sale

This remote is pretty good. I will give it 5 stars because i got it on sale for $99. The IR seems to have a few issues because its actually located on the bottom of the remote. You would think you have to point the top of the remote at your equipment but you actually have to hold it laterally because the IR is on the bottom. Other than that it is a great remote.
