Pros: Replaced my remotes, like the favorite channel screen, setting up was simple (with caveat below) Cons: Could not get software to work on win7 laptop (worked perfectly on win10 desktop, wish the screen size touch screen button was not right below the page down button Overall I like this remote and looked at a lot of reviews, Got it on sale as I was debating a harmony remote for some time. Glad I made the jump.

This remote is a nice remote. Very easy to program and has nice features like changing the background to make it easier to read. Took a little practice to figure out how to get where I wanted but remember swipe is your best friend.

Only 4 stars because I expected it to be simpler. Yet because I had to get back into the cable snake and the electronic dust to find the model number and such - it has paid off with the ease of use. Thanks for the great deal BB!

This remote works great with all my devices. Best feature is the activities feature that with a press of a button it knows to turn on all your devices to the correct inputs.

Didn't read the reviews because I already had one of these that Logitech sent me as a replacement when my older Harmony One malfunctioned. Fits nicely in my hand and is easy to program for basic setup. Has a lot of features to customize the remote. Like that the charging unit allows the remote to stand up to take up less space on the end table. Got an excellent deal on the purchased unit from a Best Buy Deal of the Day.

Must have remote for home theater

I have owned several Logitech remotes and this is by far the best thus far. Because I was used to the process already, setup was straightforward and the web-based interface was not only easy, but has every device you can imagine and their respective commands. There was very little "tweaking" after the initial setup. The ability to customize is terrific, and the library of icons for channels and activities is large, made even more expansive by on-line sites and even user created icons. Charging is easy, fast, and convenient, and the battery life is very good, allowing the user to go several days without recharging. The remote is very comfortable to hold and use, contrary to some reviews I have seen posted (but everyone has their own opinion). I would recommend this without reservation for users with lots of devices in their home theater setup, Less so for simple setups considering the cost, but who has those these days, with cable boxes and DVRs and soundbars and DVD players and game consoles and....?!

Very simple to set up and with one touch activity feature even my wife can't screw this baby up. I got it when BB had it for $99 - what a deal! My only complaint is how it feels in hand. Not as balanced as I would like.

I bought this on sale so I could consolidate the number of remotes in our family room. I have a wide variety of components from an older Bose sound system and relatively old Samsung LCD TV and a newer BluRay player. It was able to be programmed to control all these components without a problem. The touch screen menu is a little clunky to navigate, but once you get the hang of it things work pretty good. Also, the rechargeable battery is nice too.

This remote is the easiest universal remote I've ever setup and used. Control of my Samsung SmartTV is almost easier than the Samsung remote. Really like the ability to group commands so that one touch of the touch screen turns on the TV, cable box and amplifier. Logitech has a huge selection of devices available at website and their app wizard steps you thru programming the remote.

Easy setup. Transferred all of my settling from my old harmony remote using the my harmony windows app and it was ready to use in 5 minutes. Got it for 99.00 on the deal of the day well worth it. It seems to work much better than my harmony 650. I frequently had to re sync that remote. This one has been working flawlessly. The charging base is nice, I'm not going through AAA batteries once a week anymore.

I was able to set it up easily for all my devices and it has better range than the device remote. I like the interface for all basic functions, but you need to swipe a lot to get to specific device changes. My only problem is that battery life is too short, used for one movie and then left it for 2 days.. The battery is fully drained. I'm not sure if it continues to use the battery even when not in use.

Button placement at the bottom of the remote hinders the ergonomics, and a page up/down button that's not part of the touch screen would have been nice, but works well overall. Logitech website says its upgradable to home hub if you have a non IR remote box such as Amazon Fire TV

The remote is fantastic. It saves so much time. We have about 6 different activities we do with our TV/AV equipment from an old 80s VCR to blu-ray and netflix. With one tap it switches everything to the correct inputs, sound settings and remote button features. It was really easy to program, customize the buttons and touch display, and it even learned the commands and old AV switch box. I went from 8 remotes to 1. It is also great that you can program it to turn off everything you don't need when you switch activities and also leave some items like the DVR always on. The cons - I would agree with other reviewers the fast forward, play, pause, stop, rewind button way at the top are poorly placed. I even hit the off button by mistake instead of rewind. Everything turns off.

The Logitech Harmony Touch 15-Device Universal Remote is an amazing remote! It is really efficient and can make your TV browsing/Gaming/Blu-Ray/DVD etc... watching life a real breeze. My favorite feature about the touch screen remote is you can add your favorite channels and you can simply touch the channel - sort of like choosing an app you want. I would highly recommend this remote to a friend!

This remote is awesome! All of the programming is done online so it is easy to set up all the functions. The size is perfect, it fits nicely in your hand. It is so easy to use, even my in-laws can use it. The functions are programmable and if something in the sequence doesn't turn on then it will help you troubleshoot which component didn't work. It works with every component I have in my entertainment center and I didn't have to teach it any functions for any devices, they were all programmed already. I highly recommend this remote.

I recently upgraded from the Logitech Harmony 650, and boy was it ever an upgrade! Remote was easy to set up, and even easier to navigate. My 11 year old uses it with ease. I would definitely recommend.

The best all in one remote. This was the easiest remote to program all you had to do was tell him what device you had and what you wanted to do with it and it took care of everything and like so many other remote to take for ever to program this actually took six devices nine set ups maybe 30 minutes a must buy

    Remotes - Simplified

This is my second Logitech Harmony Touch type remote. I've had one for several years in the living room of my home, but was still dealing with multiple remotes in my home theater. I saw this on one sale at BestBuy and decided it was time to make the theater simple like the living room. I use the remote in conjunction with a Harmony hub as my components are actually behind the viewing area in a rack. The hub allows for the remote to send signals to all my components without having line of site. The harmony remote uses a database of components, so to set it up, you simply enter the components you have. It then walks you through setting up activities. After set up is finished, if you want to watch TV, you simply press the 'Watch TV' button. The remote handles turning on power to the required components and switching all of the inputs on it's own. The only downside that I find is when I have a remote that has a lot of buttons that are commonly used. For example the Tivo remote. The Harmony doesn't have enough physical buttons to replicate the remote, so it makes those buttons available on the touch screen. This just isn't very convenient. So for that one component, I usually just restart to keeping the original remote around. Overall though, I do recommend this remote.

This is a great remote with plenty of features. I think the software interface is fairly easy to use. Programming happens through this. I’m pleased. The remote does need charging often which isn’t a big deal with the charger provided. Because of the touch screen as opposed to actual raised buttons you have to look at this remote to make changes and perform commands. Worth the money in my opinion.

This remote is good for the price but lacks in some areas. If you are looking for a relatively cheap but still good touchscreen remote this is your ticket. If you are looking for the best Harmony remote look at the Harmony Elite. My main gripe about this remote is the touchscreen placement. The fact that it is located in the middle of the remote makes it hard to hold and use without accidentally pressing buttons that you don't want. The newer model also has wifi and bluetooth which are a great additions and means that you can do so much more.
