I purchased this keyboard for my iPad 2 and have to say that its extremely convenient. It is very slick and connects to my iPad 2 right away, I love that the keyboard comes with a slender case which also serves as a stand for my iPad 2 (which ive used countless times). I also really like the fact that the case fits perfectly with both the Apple Smart Cover and the back hardcover cases on the iPad 2. Personally I think this is a great buy for anyone who expects to be typing more than just a few words on their iPad, if youve already spent the money on a great tablet then this is the best choice for a keyboard to go with it.

This is the best non-folding, semi-portable Bluetooth keyboard that I've been able to find for my iPad. I have tried a bunch of others and all of the other "portable" or folding keyboards are just not worth using, with the exception of the old Stowaway/iGo portable Bluetooth keyboard with no dedicated number row. But this Logitech keyboard is extremely good. I very much like the feel of it and have made zero input mistakes with it. I'm only saddened that it's so darned heavy, since my original goal was to throw this in my SackPack and take it everywhere with me. It's just too heavy for that, so I'll stick with my Stowaway folding Bluetooth keyboard for my SackPack and will use this Logitech keyboard for home use.

I love the ipad, but hate typing emails on the screen's keypad. This keyboard is the best. Easy to link up with bluetooth connection. Key board is perfect size. Types wonderfully and quiet. The carrying case for the keypad turns into the perfect stand for your ipad, especially if you didn't buy the expensive cover that apple sells which folds into a stand. This goes on sale sometimes, so I'd keep an eye out for that! And buy yourself a lap top pad so that you can set up the stand and keyboard on your lap. It's the best!

I travel a great deal for business, and have been getting ever closer to being able to leave my laptop home, and use just my iPad for travel. This keyboard is a major step forward in that effort. I found the protective case that becomes a very good iPad support, to be a very clever and useful dual purpose design idea. The keyboard itself is nearly identical to the original Apple wireless keyboard in size and feel. I have 20+ hours of use on the first set of batteries so far, and they are still going strong. The Bluetooth connection happens quickly, and works every time. I prefer this type of design (separate keyboard) over a keyboard/case because it allows the keyboard and keys to be more like a normal size desktop or laptop keyboard. Yet I can easily grab the iPad alone off of the stand, and not have to carry it around in a bulky keyboard/case all the time. In summary, I found this product to be a very good value, and the most useful alternative for my needs.

I am testing the iPad for my company as a business tool. It works well, but the virtual keyboard just doesn't work for writing anything lengthy. I bought this keyboard, and now I can type as much as I need to for emails, documents, or whatever. I love the fact that it has arrow keys for navigation, it has Apple specific keys (like home, search, cmd, etc.) and it is nearly fully size. I tried the keyboard built into the cover, and the keys are way too small and close together. With this keyboard they are normal size with normal spacing. If you get this keyboard you will not be disappointed. Logitech has done a great job.

The keyboard provides a opportunity to use the iPad2 more like a laptop so that you gain more screen space that the screen keyboard occupies on the tablet. The setup and use were easy; it comes with batteries and you need to pull out the plastic tabs to start. I am a touch typer and you need to press the keys harder than I am used to; you just need to get used to this. As a PC user, there is no mouse so this is another change to get used to. I took this on a 16 day trip and felt the keyboard adds weight and bulk; I should have left this at home. If you are going to use a keyboard a lot, then look for a case/cover with a keyboard built into it.

I was debating on buying the Apple bluetooth keyboard and a case or purchasing this one which includes a case. This keyboard won out. The main reasons are the included case (I carry it back and forth between home and work), the On/Off switch to save on battery life (the Apple keyboard that I was looking at it does not have it), Logitech's shortcut keyboard combinations and the special function keys for the iPad such as the Home, keyboard and Lock/Off buttons. It really makes using the iPad very close to replacing my MacBook Pro.

With my iPad I've eliminated the need to carry around a laptop. I've almost come close to not needing a computer at all. The one thing that was difficult was typing long documents like a course syllabus or course packs on the iPad. This solves that problem and has built in keys to access some of the functions of the iPad. Home button, photos button, volume, play, skip, back all work great. The carrying case is nice so I can throw this in my bag and not worry about it.

This keyboard is awesome. The build quality is great and set-up is easy using Bluetooth. For the price you can't go wrong compared to the Apple keyboard. The keys feel great and having a physical on & off switch is a plus when it comes to saving battery power when you are not using it. The only draw back will be the size for some people. It is portable but you will need a bag that is big enough to fit your iPad & keyboard.

The wireless keyboard from Logitech is a great addition to an iPad if you plan on doing a lot of typing. Touch is great, and response good. Additional benefit is the case which serves as a stand. We can leave the iPad in the stand on the counter top, and type where comfortable, much like a small laptop, but ready to pick up and go when needed.

Bought this keyboard because I didn't like the iPad virtual keyboard when I needed to type more than a few words at a time. The keyboard connects easily via Bluetooth. The keys have a great touch so typing is easy. The case converts to a stand for the iPad. I am not the most tech savvy person and I had no problem using the Logitech keyboard. It folds up into my briefcase and uses almost no space.

Aside from the user manual not being in printed form and included with the product I'm very happy with the product. Easy to set up (once the bluetooth passwords were figured out) and functions very well. Great battery life and bluetooth range. The stand/case is very usefull. I wouuld highly recomment this product for IPAD2's.

I love my iPad but hate the virtual keyboard for anything more than a few short words. I use the iPad for work, so often have to write detailed email messages. I wanted a decent keyboard, but didn't like the shrunken keyboards that are integrated into cases. This keyboard is very comfortable to use and the protective sleeve is perfect for protection when not in use. Reall a great product.

The on screen keyboard takes up too much screen space. This keyboard works perfectly with the ipad and the stand included makes the combo work beautifully. It made transcribing many music charts & set lists a breeze. Do not buy an Ipad without purchasing one of these keyboards.

This keyboard is all around a very good product, it is extremely easy to pair with the iPad or iPhone (not sure about other Bluetooth devices as I do not own any others). The keys on the keyboard are give a nice tactile response and are close to the size of a standard keyboard, if they are not the same. The shortcut buttons for use with the i devices are a nice addition even though I have only used them a small amount. It is only getting four stars as it is not perfect and has some very minor flaws, both of which are centered around the carrying case/stand. The first flaw is that the case does not have any type of strap to hold the keyboard within the case, while this isn't a major problem as when carrying the keyboard one just needs to ensure that they are holding it tightly and with the keyboard facing up. The other "flaw" is purely aesthetics, I am not the largest fan of the bright blue interior to the case or the blue color of the stand. I feel as if keeping them black with the majority of the rest of the item would appeal more to myself. Overall I would say that this is a great product and if you are looking for a Bluetooth keyboard for an idevice you should consider this one (if you own an android phone or tablet they make a similar product with Android specific shortcut buttons).

Set up instantly with both iPad and iPhone. Proving to be even handier than I'd anticipated. Best use is on trains, planes, etc. avoiding the boot-up time and bulkiness of a PC. A must-have for iPad owners. The stand works well to stand up the iPad for visibility as you type.

I purchased this keyboard to use with my iPad a few months ago, and it works great! I had been using a keyboard that was built into my iPad cover and it stopped working. Even before it quit working, the problem with that keyboard was that it was just too small to use comfortably. This one is a tiny bit bigger and feels more like a real keyboard. Now that I have it, I've tripled my productivity with my iPad. I can easily check email and respond, post blog messages, and compose Word documents. It's small enough to take with me on the go, and the keyboard has an innovative design. The cover to the keyboard turns into a stand that's perfect for my iPad. I have no complaints and I highly recommend it!

Great keyboard, does everything I expected. Great for business and writing. Bluetooth is easy to set up and use, battery life seems to not be a problem. The case sold me over the Apple Keyboard, turns out to be pretty useful as a stand when working. Would definitely recommend you at least check it out!

I like it. The keys work very well. Easy to transport. Keys are comfortable. I did not want one that doubles as a case for the Ipad as I heard the keys can press into the screen. Certainly is a good solution if you don't want to use the keypad within the ipad. Connects easy. Good battery life. Logitech is a brand that I can and do trust.
