I bought this as a gift for my husband, who has an iPad 2 that he uses at home and on trips (he's a VERY frequent flyer). He was really impressed with its ease of use and design...it beats the heck out of the touchscreen keyboard. Off it went on an overseas trip, but when he returned he boxed it up and told me we had to take it back. It adds noticeable weight to his carry on bag--when you carry everything with you for weeklong trips, every ounce matters. It really is a good keyboard, but if you're a traveler it's something that must be taken into account.

BB price matched their competitor at the time, and honored their own sale price they had two weeks later and gave me a partial refund upon request. Good Form! Needed this for using my iPad 2 as a laptop for remote desktop and emailing while on the road. I am a subcontractor and thanks to the keyboard and the iPad 2 I don't carry around a laptop anymore. Some have said in reviews on here that the overall feel of the keyboard is very similar to a standard size. I say about 70% true to actual size and feel. Maybe as I get more used to it I won't typo as much. I have never experienced lag, and it syncs up with my iPad within seconds after turning it on. The apple device buttons on the keyboard like the "soft key" are handy for sure.

I've been using this keyboard for over a month and am typing this review on it. I researched iPad keyboards pretty extensively before making this purchase and glad I made this choice. The keyboard that doubles as a case was very confining and small. This keyboard feels spacious and bluetooth setup is a snap. It really does turn the iPad into a full fledged working computer. If you want to do more with your iPad than watch movies, play games and check email, this keyboard is a must.

I was horrified to discover there were absolutely no directions for set-up. It would have been easy enough for LogiTech to put a little note on or in the box to go to the website for set-up directions, but there was absolutely no information. I'm a bluetooth novice and it was a horrendous experience until I found the info on the site. Easy to do, but it would have been so much pleasanter if there was guidance from the manufacturer. It shouldn't be assumed that everyone would know to go to the site! The keyboard itself is fine. I wish it were a little more compact, but as a touch typist it's so pleasant to use a regualar keyboard instead of the screen keyboard on the iPad.

I love my tablet for what it is, but there are times I want to blog and typing on a virtual keyboard, well lets just say it is time consuming. I bought this a few weeks ago and I can say I almost don't need my laptop on site when I travel anymore. The keyboard is responsive and has good weight and feel to it when you carry it around. The price was only 69 and well worth it. I love that fact that you can put the tablet in any position and it works great. Plus there are two different sets of notches that you can rest the tablet in.

The addition of this keyboard made my iPad much more functional for word processing. The compact design makes it very portable while adding a stand for the iPad during use. It is well made and is a great value!

I bought this to use with my iPad for writing papers and doing some spreadsheets while traveling. It is very user friendly and connects very easily. Some apps were not as responsive to use, but that is more the app than the keyboard itself. If you need to type more than a text message, it is much handier than the onscreen keypad. Given the storage and printing limitations on the iPad, coupling it with this keyboard doesn't make it a laptop replacement. It's a little pricy for something that won't get regular use, but if you are in need of a way to type more than a few sentences on your idevice I recommend this keyboard.

This keyboard works great for my needs, easy to set up for use and there after. It is compact and self storing. I do not use is daily so I am happy to have it separate from my iPad.

I debated between the Apple keyboard and this one. I finally decided to go with this one because of the storage and size. It is a nice combination between keyboard layout and portability. The Home button was a bonus and comes in handy when switching between apps.

If you have any problems with the iPad's virtual keyboard consider a remote keyboard like this one. It has made a real difference in performing real typing on the iPad. The stand works and is easy to assemble and snap apart. The Bluetooth connection is quick and apparently accurate. I've only had two problems that I think are related. This device runs through its four AAA batteries very quickly. Turning the keyboard "off" when it's not in use is essential. The other problem is that the space key can be unresponsive at times. I think this is related to battery life since it happens far less when the batteries are fresh. Look at other keyboard products in addition to Logitech but using a wireless keyboard with the iPad is a great idea.

I have not tried the $99 keyboards because that's just too much to pay for one. So, I bought this keyboard based on Logitech's rep. Logitech just does not build anything cheap. This is a quality device that connects quickly and easily via Bluetooth. The best part of this is that when using the keyboard, the virtual keyboard hides, so you can view the entire screen. This is a great accessory that I would recommend to anyone who likes a more tactile approach to computing. 5 stars!!

Purchased this keyboard just before heading out of the country for a few weeks, so that my wife and I could get some work done on our iPad while away. While I don't mind using the virtual keyboard for short e-mails, etc., having a full keyboard is nice when working on longer documents. It is a bit on the heavy/bulky side, but it set up quite easily, and works very well. Overall, a solid purchase if you are needing to do more than just a little typing.

My wife needed a keyboard for her iPad but was not interested in a tethered / attached keyboard. This one works great. She can lounge on the couch with the iPad in one position and the keyboard in another. The keys are the right size and have a good feel. Comes with a nice case which also becomes a desk stand.

I was looking for a keyboard that I can take with my iPad occasionally, but did not want one built into a case. This keyboard includes a hard sided case that converts to a stand, and that makes it great to throw in my bag when I want it with me. Connection is great and the keyboard action is smooth. Now if it can only make me a better typist...

Connects easily, has regular keyboard feel, has increased my iPad utility 200%.

I travel a lot and I needed a keyboard that is rugged and travels well. This one even has a case that converts into a stand. Thank you Logitech! I would buy this keyboard again!

Purchase this Logic Bluetooth Keyboard for my iPad2 on advice of the Best Buy sales person (which steered me towards this one, although less expensive than what I had in mind) and I am 100% happy and satisfied with this product. Works exactly as described, connects all the time and it works seamlessly with a variety of other Bluetooth enabled products that I have.

Bought this after a lot of research. Great for work, excel sheets, word docs etc. on the iPad. Very good quality, feels sturdy. The case is really nice and is a perfect strong stand for using on any surface. The keyboard is easy to setup. Turn on voiceover and you can pretty much control the whole ipad with it.

I purchased this keyboard for an iPad 2. I got it on sale for $40 and consider it a bargain at that price. The keys have a good feel when your typing. I like the storage case it came with.
