I would highly recommend this cam, the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the built in mic might be to good, it picks up everything not good on them windy days.

The video quality was a little less than I hoped for, but still very adequate. YouTube would not let us livestream from an iPad because we don’t have at least 1,000 subscribers. This camera works as a “workaround” that rule. With this camera YouTube allows you to livestream with no minimum on subscribers. It sits in the balcony of our small church and records from probably 50-75ft away. We just use the internal mics and sound quality is adequate. If you want top notch, spend more money, but if you want low budget (like me) this gets the job done. I’ve recorded a kids program up close in the church and used a second iPad as my “backup”. I ended up using the iPad video as it was honestly better quality. This has much better internal mics than the iPad does, but I had an external mic on the iPad, so the mic quality was about equal for me.
