I switched from the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro to this mouse looking for an ergonomic improvement to reduce wrist fatigue and this mouse does not disappoint, the addition of the side scroll button and the haptic button have been a game changer for me in terms of productivity and saving time during work hours. The battery is a huge jump compared to the Basilisk's battery (taking into account that this mouse does not have RGB like the Basilisk) if what you are looking for is to optimize your productivity and more importantly take care of the health of your wrist, this is the way to go.

Writing this review after using it for a month now: Connectivity is noticeably more stable via the Logi Bolt receiver compared to Bluetooth, with consistent performance and no observable input lag during extended usage. Customization through Logi Options+ unlocks the true potential of the MX 4, offering extensive button mapping and application specific controls that significantly improve workflow efficiency. What really stands out is the high-accuracy optical sensor with adjustable DPI (up to 8,000 DPI). It provides precise and controlled cursor movement, making it well suited for long hours of technical work such as software development. The ergonomic design helps reduce fatigue during extended coding sessions after using for more than 2 weeks. The MagSpeed scroll wheel adds substantial value, especially when navigating large datasets, long code files, or massive drum arrangements during music production. The seamless transition between precision scrolling and free spin mode makes timeline navigation fast and effortless. After using it for more than 4 weeks, the only downside is the weight of the MX 4, which may feel slightly heavy for users who prefer lighter mice or make frequent, rapid movements. However, this trade-off also contributes to its premium build and stability.

Great mouse for work. The build feels like a durable and quality product. It charges quickly and so far has performed perfectly straight out of the box without the additional software. I especially love the ability to scroll slowly or to automatically switch to a very fast scroll based on how much pressure used to spin the scroll wheel.

The battery life is insanely good, I can adjust the controls to how I want them, and it connects almost instantly to my computer. Highly recommend in general, but mainly anyone who needs to mouse for editing softwares like DaVinci Resolve or After Effects.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this mouse coming from an MX 3S, but the difference was immediate. This new Master mouse has a different feel to it physically. It could be the different materials it uses, it has a smooth, soft feel which makes it pleasant to use. The movement of the mouse also feels nice; overall it's a pleasant experience. The biggest addition to this new mouse is the haptic feedback and the quick actions button. To be honest, I don't feel of use either as much as I would like and there are two reasons for this. Let's start with the haptic feedback, there aren't many programs that support this feature yet. It's limited to about 4-5 programs such as Zoom, Photoshop, Lightroom and maybe a few more. It would be a good idea to have haptic feedback when adding volume with the sidewheel or closing, minimizing windows, or other miscellaneous actions, but that is not the case. As for the quick actions, it has some solid options such as a quick link to Windows Explorer, Logi+ Options, and even a link to AI chatbots (it opens your default browser to the selected AI). The option to customize the quick actions would be a good idea. Although these two features are lacking, it's still a very nice mouse that performs incredibly well, and a worthy upgrade from the MX Master 3S.

I’m really impressed with both Best Buy and the MX Master 4. Best Buy shipped my order fast, the checkout process was simple, and the product page had plenty of reviews and details to help me feel confident about the purchase. As for the MX Master 4, it’s easily one of the best mice I’ve ever used. It’s super comfortable, the new haptic feedback feels great, and the quick-select button is a smart upgrade. Putting my Mac and Windows laptops to sleep is instant and effortless. The slim USB receiver is also a nice touch. My only wish is that the mouse had a built-in spot to store the receiver when I’m traveling, since I use it with my laptop and prefer it over a trackpad. Overall, I’m really happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

I owned the original MX master and used it for years until it finally stopped working. I knew I wanted similar and decided to get the current generation. Its my favorite mouse I've ever used and the comfort, adjustability and programability make it very much worth it. I use it for ge eral computer use and Lightroom and Premier along with my Tourbox Elite controller and workflow is incredible. Also works on any surface. Whenever this one goes I'm going to most likely come back again. My last one lasted me 5 years.

Incredible mouse - very comfortable to hold and packed with buttons and features. I especially like the grippieness of the left side of the mouse and the integrated button. As long as you are right-handed, this is the ultimate mouse.

I genuinely think the Logitech MX mice are the best you can buy. They feel incredibly smooth to use, are extremely responsive, and come packed with features I actually use. The haptic feedback and the new texture on the latest model really set it apart as the best mouse I’ve used.

LOVED my MX 3, but it started to have connectivity issues. So when I saw that Logi came out with this MX 4 with the added thrill of Haptic Feedback, I WAS SO IN! I bought two, one for work one for personal!

The best mouse in town. That's all to say! I had the previous model and got this one to replace it. My hands never get tried. It is very precise and the software is Great.

Overall great mouse. Love the features it offers within the free Logi Options+ app. Side scroll wheel is a life saver when working in excel. Highly recommend for office use.
