Easy hookup and pairing plus automatically connected.

Bought this to plug into my A/C receiver that I use for outdoor patio speakers. This device allows me to walk outside on the patio and control music via Bluetooth. Range is okay- I’d say about 15ft. No complaints other than the range, although this could be because there is an exterior wall separating the device and my phone.

I'm thinking of buying another one for another room in the house.

When I first plugged my cord into the adapter, there was a lot of static. I was about to return it, but decided to try their cord even though it was thinner. This worked. However, wiggling it the least bit brought back the static. I suspect the plug doesn't precisely fit the socket. My application does not require moving the adapter, so I'll keep it. Pairing and use are easy and effective.
